Wuhou District closely follows the opportunities and trends of the rapid development of the consumer electronics industry at home and abroad, sorts out the cooperation opportunities of Wuhou District in terms of "scientific and technological innovation", "market demand" and "industrial synergy" for the consumer electronics industry, and publishes more than 110 lists of cooperation opportunities of Wuhou District’s consumer electronics industry around the needs of affordable rental housing, TOD, modern compound standard factory buildings, commercial complexes, industrial parks and other projects, with a total amount exceeding 15 billion yuan.
In terms of policy dividends, Wuhou District closely followed the key sensitive needs of enterprise development, comprehensively judged the development trend of international and domestic consumer electronics industry, and drafted Ten Policies for Promoting High-quality Development of Consumer Electronics Industry in Wuhou District (Draft for Comment), which was interpreted on the spot and widely solicited opinions and suggestions from enterprises. The policy gives targeted support around the dimensions of "accelerating the development of the whole industrial chain", "enhancing the capability of independent technological innovation", "supporting enterprises to improve quality and efficiency", "accelerating the construction of industrial parks" and "accelerating the gathering of industrial talents", with the highest single award reaching 10 million yuan.
Consumer electronics industry is a technology-intensive and capital-intensive industry, and the upgrading and innovation of enterprises cannot be separated from financial support. At the conference, the "Wuhou Intelligent Internet Fund" was pre-released. The total scale of the fund is estimated to be 600 million yuan. It will take Xiaomi eco-chain enterprises, as well as intelligent hardware and hard technology enterprises in the field of artificial intelligence, including consumer electronics, as the investment direction, and focus on supporting the basic research in the fields of artificial intelligence, electronic information and intelligent manufacturing, which are urgently needed for the development of consumer electronics eco-chain, and the application transformation of disruptive scientific and technological innovation, so as to inject innovative kinetic energy into the continuous development of intelligent manufacturing in Wuhou District.
At the meeting, Jiang Hai, President of Xinwang Bank, gave a keynote speech entitled "Exploration of Industrial Finance under the Integration of Numbers and Reality". As a Xiaomi ecological chain enterprise rooted in Chengdu’s development, Xinwang Bank will provide high-quality financial services for Xiaomi ecological chain and upstream and downstream enterprises in Wuhou District.
Representatives of participating investment institutions have said that they will actively participate in the construction of consumer electronics industry clusters in Wuhou District, and jointly build a platform for resource convergence, demand docking, integration and opening up, so that enterprises can find capital conveniently and capital can find enterprises quickly.

Promote the agglomeration and development of Xiaomi ecological enterprises
At the signing ceremony, 10 enterprises including Chunmi Technology, Xiaowei Technology, Dabai Technology, Luke Technology, Yilai Intelligent, Dongsheng Zhilian, Migu Intelligent, Yuemi Technology, Deformable Building Block and Mars House signed contracts with Yuehu Science and Technology City to settle in the park. The relevant person in charge of Yuehu Science and Technology City said that it will continue to cooperate closely with the strategic investment department of Xiaomi Group and upstream and downstream enterprises in the ecological chain, and strive to attract more than 30 Xiaomi ecological chain and upstream and downstream enterprises to settle in the intelligent manufacturing industrial park within five years, and innovate and empower more than 20 local enterprises, achieving operating income (or output value) of more than 10 billion yuan.
At the same time, the cooperation with local enterprises started immediately. Rainbow Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Xiaowei Technology and Migu Intelligent. The signing parties will rely on Xiaomi’s ecological advantages to carry out product cooperation and realize the convergence and integration of local traditional business enterprises and Xiaomi’s ecology.
During the conference, the guests of participating enterprises also visited the C8 Digital Economy Industrial Park, Xiaomi Intelligent Ecological Experience Hall and Yuehu Science and Technology City Public Service Center in Wuhou District, and had a talk with relevant functional departments, industrial functional areas and streets in Wuhou District. Representatives of participating enterprises believe that Wuhou District has the characteristics of rich scientific and technological resources and concentrated development of electronic information industry, giving full play to the advantages of Xiaomi chain, clearly positioning the development idea of consumer electronics industry cluster, and giving strong guarantees in terms of open cooperation and factor matching, creating a good environment for enterprise agglomeration and strengthening the confidence of enterprises in landing development.
