　　First, public transport operating units should strictly implement the safety inspection measures for public transport, and further strengthen the spot check on the basis of normal safety inspection. Suspicious persons and articles should be asked and checked, so as to prevent passengers from carrying inflammable, explosive, toxic, radioactive and corrosive articles, guns, ammunition, control devices and other dangerous articles that may endanger personal and property safety into the station and on the bus.

　　Two, citizens take rail transit, buses, long-distance passenger cars, ferries and other public transport, should consciously abide by the safety regulations, take the initiative to cooperate with the safety inspection, and jointly safeguard public security order. 　　1. The "low-slow-small" aircraft such as unmanned aerial vehicles mentioned in this circular refer to low-altitude, slow-moving and small-sized aircraft and airborne objects, mainly including light and ultra-light aircraft, light helicopters, gliders, delta wings, power delta wings, paragliders, powered parachutes, hot air balloons, airships, civil unmanned aerial vehicles, model aircraft (including aviation models and aerospace models), unmanned free balloons and tethered balloons.
