Provisions are made for drivers engaged in online ride-hailing services: having more than 3 years of driving experience; no traffic accident crime, dangerous driving crime record, no drug use record, no driving record after drinking, no record of 12 points in the last 3 consecutive scoring cycles; no violent crime record.
Online ride-hailing platform companies and online ride-hailing drivers who illegally use or disclose the personal information of ride-hailing people and passengers shall be fined not less than 2,000 yuan but not more than 10,000 yuan by the public security, online information and other departments in accordance with their respective duties. Those suspected of committing a crime shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.

Those who exceed the emission standards of air pollutants or exceed the total amount control indicators of key air pollutants and discharge air pollutants shall be ordered by the environmental protection department of the people’s government at or above the county level to make corrections or restrict production, stop production for rectification, and impose a fine of not less than 100,000 yuan but not more than 1 million yuan.
