Ning Ji Zhe pointed out that the National Bureau of Statistics has taken a series of measures to improve the quality and authenticity of data and curb the problem of untrue data in individual units and places. First, the responsibility system and accountability system for ensuring data quality have been initially established. Not only the director of the local statistics bureau should be responsible and accountable, but also the local responsible person should be responsible for accountability if something goes wrong. The second is to increase law enforcement supervision. On August 1 this year, the implementation regulations of the statistical law revised in 2009 began to be implemented. Third, the National Bureau of Statistics established the Law Enforcement Supervision Bureau. If there is a report, it must be investigated, and if there is a mistake, it will be zero tolerance for false data or statistical fraud. It will help to change the environment for economic and social development.
Ning Jizhen said that to improve the scientific nature of statistical data, it is necessary to establish and improve the statistics of new kinetic energy and new industries in accordance with Internet thinking, big data and cloud computing technologies, which is also an important aspect of improving the quality of statistical data. In the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" of statistics, it is clearly proposed to establish a statistical cloud, which is to apply the Internet, cloud computing and big data technology to statistics, and this aspect is being actively and orderly promoted.
