Legend has it that Liujiawan Village is a place where the Weaver Girl plays in the water. It incarnates the Taurus star of the old cow and leads the Cowherd to the river to meet the Weaver Girl. Later, they became husband and wife, started a happy life of farming and weaving on earth, and gave birth to a pair of children. This beautiful legend is well known in Liujiawan Village.

According to the planning idea of "living first, then producing", Liujiawan Village has identified five key tasks in improving the living environment, namely, "transforming the appearance of the village, transforming the folk houses, improving public service facilities, creating public spaces and improving the indoor environment"; In terms of industrial development, five key measures have been formulated, namely, setting up cooperatives, revitalizing collective assets, developing rural tourism, developing original agriculture and organic agriculture, and developing homestays and workshops with families as the main body.
Opening the planning book of Liujiawan Village, Yang Fei pointed to the route map of the village pipe network project on page 190 and said happily to the reporter: "Look at the sewage collection pipe network painted here. Liujiawan Village was originally similar to other villages along the Tianhe River in terms of resource endowment, and it was a homesick place for people in the city. But relying on the word "homesickness" alone, Liujiawan Village is not enough to stand out.
Overlooking Liujiawan, Tianhe turned a big bend here. The topography and beautiful legends not only settled this "Love Bay", but also made the village committee focus on planning and development.
Focusing on the theme of love, the village divides the available mountain land into rural love area, Bilianchi resort area, flower sea amorous feelings area, romantic forest experience area, etc. According to the function, it arranges leisure, study, homestay, entertainment, culture and art, ecological food and other business scenarios.
The wasteland becomes a lawn. A 25-mu abandoned land in the village has been transformed into a lawn square suitable for all ages after changing the nature of the land. "After our village has become a scenic spot, agricultural products such as sweet potatoes, corn, bamboo shoots, cherries and mushrooms have become popular commodities for tourists." When the life of the villagers is getting better and better, the work of Liujiawan village Committee gradually changes from heavy management to micro-governance. Legal popularization activities like this have become a part of the daily work of Liujiawan Village.
In the new era, governance faces new tasks. In the process of rural governance, Liujiawan Village pays special attention to ecological environment governance. In order to ensure that a reservoir of clear water can be sent to the north permanently, the village has established a five-level governance organization network, explored the mechanism of "party member’s joint household and grid service", built 2 new eco-tourism public toilets, demolished or renovated 210 dry toilets, 32 pigsty, 1,450 square meters of illegal buildings, built 3,200 meters of sewage pipe network and 3 constructed wetlands, and basically achieved full coverage of sewage collection.
