Cctv newsAccording to the news of "Hainan Epidemic Prevention and Control" WeChat WeChat official account on August 12, the epidemic prevention and control work headquarters of COVID-19, Hainan Province issued the Supplementary Notice on Improving the Prevention and Control Measures for Returned Passengers via the Port, in order to effectively ensure the safe and orderly return of passengers stranded due to the epidemic, meet the needs of passengers with different return modes, and prevent the epidemic from overflowing, and supplement the following prevention and control requirements for stranded passengers leaving Qiong via the port:

1. Positive infected persons, close contacts, close contacts and passengers stranded in high-risk areas will not return temporarily;

2. Passengers stranded in epidemic-free cities and counties and low-risk areas need to stay in designated centralized health management stations 3 days in advance to carry out health monitoring. If there are no clinical symptoms such as fever, dry cough, loss of sense of smell, muscle aches, etc., nucleic acid detection will be carried out once a day, and it will be transported to the port in a closed loop by health monitoring;

3. In the middle and high risk areas, after being reduced to low risk areas through epidemic prevention and control, Article 2 shall be implemented.
