Autumn is the harvest season, but many greenhouse growers in Jurong are angry. A group of people repeatedly steal at night, stealing fresh fruits, and the fruit farmers lose more than 20 thousand yuan. The police have arrested three suspects recently. Their identities are unusual, and all of them are bosses with a net worth of tens of millions.
Ms. Peng, a grape grower in Jurong baitu, told the reporter that a while ago, it coincided with a large number of grapes coming into the market. She stayed in the yard almost every night and was afraid of being robbed. But at 1 o’clock in the middle of the night on October 1, a car engine sound from far and near woke her up.

Ms. Peng said that in the dark, a middle-aged man was holding a vise, and his hands and feet quickly cut the grapes on the tree. In the big bamboo basket, snakeskin bag and other containers on the side, the bulging bags were all high-grade grapes such as beautiful fingers and sunshine roses that had just been picked. After seeing Ms. Peng, the man quickly fled.

After counting, more than 200 kilograms of grapes were cut in Ms. Peng’s garden, worth more than 2,000 yuan. According to the police investigation, this is the sixth fruit theft case in the jurisdiction in the past month, involving many fruit varieties such as peaches and crystal pears. The police checked the surrounding surveillance, locked a blue pickup truck and arrested three suspects, including the owner Kong. After they steal the fruit, most of them eat it at home and give the rest to others. They don’t steal it for making money, but they are greedy and cheap.

After review, Kong and the other two suspects are the owners of individual enterprises in Danyang, each with nearly 10 million people. Kong confessed that in September this year, they met in Jurong White Rabbit for wild fishing, but they didn’t get anything for a long time, so they thought about stealing some fruit to compensate themselves. Unexpectedly, this theft could not stop.
At present, three suspects, including Kong, are suspected of theft and have been criminally detained by the police.
