In order to implement the decision-making arrangements of the municipal party committee, the municipal government, the district party committee and the district government on the prevention and control of dust pollution, earnestly do a good job in the prevention and control of dust pollution in Luohu District, and improve the dust control level of the construction projects under its jurisdiction, on the afternoon of February 23rd, the Luohu Management Bureau of the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment organized a special training publicity meeting on "High-standard dust control in construction sites to support high-quality development" in Luohu District. This meeting closely followed the theme of high-standard management and control to support high-quality development, and invited the Atmospheric Environment Department of the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment and the Municipal Academy of Environmental Sciences to conduct interpretation training on the laws and regulations of dust pollution prevention and control in Shenzhen and the technical specifications of dust pollution control. District Housing Construction Bureau, District Water Affairs Bureau, District Urban Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau, District Building Works Department, Luohu Administration Bureau of Municipal Transportation Bureau, responsible comrades of all streets and responsible persons of 35 earthwork and demolition projects under construction in the jurisdiction (namely, construction units, construction units and supervision units) attended the meeting on the spot, and 80 projects under construction in other stages attended the meeting by online video conference.

The technical experts of the Municipal Academy of Environmental Sciences introduced the dust prevention measures and the advanced experience of green construction sites, which deepened the participants’ understanding and understanding of the laws and regulations on the prevention and control of dust pollution in our city and the key points and difficulties in supervision and management.
Finally, the meeting organized and signed the Commitment Letter of Responsibility for Dust Pollution Prevention and Control of Construction Projects in Luohu District, which was signed by representatives of 115 responsible persons of the three parties involved in the construction projects, indicating that the "six 100%" standards will be strictly implemented, the dust pollution prevention and control will be strengthened, the rectification will be standardized, and the supervision of all levels and departments and the public will be actively accepted, making due contributions to the high-quality development of the city.
