How many top 100 Wenzhou enterprises do you know? What did the secretary say to them?

On August 25th, Wenzhou Entrepreneur Conference was held, and "Top 100 Enterprises in Wenzhou in 2017" was commended.

Zhou Jiangyong, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, encouraged entrepreneurs at the meeting to firmly develop their confidence, grasp the pulse of the times, and be the main force in recreating new advantages and creating new glories.

"The vast number of Wenzhou entrepreneurs are outstanding groups who are particularly able to start businesses and innovate. They have kept their precious commitment to take root in Wenzhou and stick to their main business, built a unique network for the interactive development of Wenzhou people at home and abroad, and started a resounding brand of credit Wenzhou."

  For Wenzhou entrepreneurs

  Zhou Jiangyong said "three grasps"

It is hoped that entrepreneurs should grasp the nodes of industrial transformation and adjustment, make full use of the dividends such as Internet, new consumption, new technology and new business model, and achieve better development in the new round of competition.

It is necessary to grasp the node of policy environment optimization, cherish and make good use of the opportunity to integrate into the "Belt and Road" construction, dock the opportunity of "Made in China 2025", boldly embrace the capital market, and boldly open up a new blue ocean for enterprise transformation and development.

It is necessary to grasp the nodes that break through the low-end lock, make the best use of the situation, and create a new situation for the development of Wenzhou’s private economy. It is necessary to grasp the nodes of improving the quality of entrepreneurs and build an entrepreneurial team with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability, familiar with domestic and international markets and proficient in enterprise management.

Zhou Jiangyong pointed out that party committees and governments at all levels should strengthen the factor guarantee, do a good job in building a fair competitive market environment, strengthen the construction of entrepreneurs and craftsmen, innovate the investment and financing mechanism of manufacturing industry, continue to deepen the reform of "running at most once", and vigorously create a stable, fair, transparent and predictable business environment.

Who are the top 100 enterprises?

  What are the characteristics?

Open the "window" of this year’s list of top 100 enterprises, it is not difficult to find that this year’s top 100 enterprises have performed well in terms of scientific research and development, profitability and tax contribution rate, and the pace of economic transformation and upgrading in Wenzhou has accelerated.

  From the perspective of sub-sectors

Traditional industries account for the bulk.

In terms of industry classification, there are 56 manufacturing enterprises, 30 service enterprises and 14 construction enterprises among the top 100 enterprises. Among them, there are 8 new enterprises on the list, which has changed the situation that a certain industry was listed on the list in the past, and new enterprises from all industries have been shortlisted, including 2 in construction, 2 in trade, 1 in real estate, 1 in chemical industry, 1 in automobile and motorcycle parts and 1 in power production.

Another significant change is that the sales of the hundredth of the top 100 enterprises this year is 506 million yuan, which is slightly higher than that of the previous session, making the entry threshold return to 500 million yuan.

Transformation and upgrading, traditional manufacturing is difficult, but it is also a new growth point with great potential, which can be seen from this year’s top 100 list. According to statistics, the top 100 enterprises achieved a total sales of 221.346 billion yuan, an increase of 3.32% over the previous year, while the total net profit and total assets also increased significantly, showing a rapid development trend as a whole. The sales of 56 manufacturing enterprises reached 134.412 billion yuan, accounting for 60.73% of the total sales of the top 100, an increase of 1.61 percentage points over the previous session.

There are 38 top 100 enterprises in the five traditional industries of electrical appliances, clothing, chemicals, shoe leather and automobile and motorcycle parts, accounting for 67.86% of the top 100 manufacturing enterprises, with total sales of 110.656 billion yuan, accounting for 82.34% of the total sales of the top 100 manufacturing industries, and these two proportions are increasing every year, indicating that Wenzhou’s manufacturing industry has always been dominated by traditional industries.

  In terms of profit,

  The overall profitability has increased.

The overall performance of the profitability of the top 100 enterprises is eye-catching, not only the number of profitable enterprises has increased, but also the overall profitability of enterprises has been greatly strengthened.

Among the top 100 enterprises, there are three companies whose net profit exceeds 1 billion yuan, namely Senma Group, Zhengtai Group and Wenzhou Bank Co., Ltd., an increase of one over the previous one; There are 26 enterprises with a net profit of 100 million yuan to 1 billion yuan, an increase of 7 over the previous session. There are 69 enterprises with increasing net profit, an increase of 14 over the previous session. Among them, there are 13 enterprises with a growth rate of over 100%, an increase of 2 compared with the previous session, and 41 enterprises with a growth rate of 10%-100%, an increase of 14 compared with the previous session.

According to analysis, the total net profit of the top 100 companies reached 14.456 billion yuan, an increase of 7.98% over the previous year. Among them, the average income profit rate was 6.53%, an increase of 0.28 percentage points over the previous session. Judging from the average income, profit rate and average asset profit of manufacturing, service and construction industries, the growth of the net profit of the top 100 this year mainly benefited from the service industry.

Out of the list of top 100 enterprises, service enterprises have the strongest growth. Judging from the reaction of several key indicators, the total profit and total assets of the top 100 service enterprises have increased significantly, with an increase of 34.12% compared with last year, and the service enterprises are gradually entering a profit cycle. In particular, the integration of service industry and manufacturing industry will not only promote the upgrading of Wenzhou manufacturing, but also open a new channel for Wenzhou to lead to the blue ocean of producer services.

From the perspective of transformation and upgrading

R&D and innovation become a consensus

Analyzing the list of the top 100 companies, a positive trend is that in the list of the top 100 companies, technological innovation has become a distinctive label for many selected companies.

A total of 66 companies in this year’s top 100 enterprises have reported R&D investment data. The data shows that the total R&D expenditure of these 66 companies is 4.18 billion yuan, an increase of 15.82% over last year, which has maintained a growth rate of nearly doubling for two consecutive years. R&D investment accounted for 2.51% of the total sales of the declared enterprises, an increase of 0.38 percentage points over the previous session, and the growth rate far exceeded the previous top 100.

This year’s top 100 enterprises have a total of 6,559 patents, an increase of 14.11%, maintaining the momentum of rapid growth as in the previous session; Among them, there were 835 inventions, an increase of 27.29% over the previous session, which is amazing. Zhengtai Group Co., Ltd. continues to rank first with more than one billion yuan of R&D investment. There are five enterprises that invested more than 100 million yuan in R&D, an increase of one over the previous session; There are 44 enterprises with RMB 10 million-RMB 100 million, which is the same as last year.

Among them, the top 10 enterprises with declared R&D investment accounted for 70% of the total R&D expenditure of the top 100 enterprises, accounting for 3.94% of the total sales on average, with a total of 3,358 patents and 517 invention patents, accounting for 51.2% and 61.92% of the total patents and invention patents respectively.

This meaningful change comes from the deep integration of industrialization and informatization in the whole city. For example, Aokang Group, ranked 7th among the top 100 companies, effectively integrates the attributes of Internet and manufacturing to realize personalized high-end customization. In product research and development, Delixi, ranked 5th, invests 3% of its sales in scientific research and development every year, and has built a research and development team with nearly 1,000 people. With innovation and R&D, the total sales, profits and assets of the top 100 enterprises accounted for 33.56%, 52.52% and 19.94% of the total of the top 100 enterprises respectively.

From the perspective of social contribution

Tax revenue and employment are rising.

Among the top 100 enterprises, the contribution rate to society has reached the highest in the past years.

The total tax payment of the top 100 enterprises reached 13.615 billion yuan, an increase of 26.31% over the previous year, and the growth rate increased by 1.2 times. In addition to Senma Group and Zhengtai Group, two new tax benchmark enterprises with a total tax payment of more than 1 billion yuan have been added to the top 100, namely State Grid Zhejiang Ruian Power Supply Co., Ltd. and Ruizhou Construction Group Co., Ltd.; There are 23 enterprises with a total tax payment of 100-1 billion yuan this year, an increase of 2 over the previous year.

The top 100 enterprises have also made important contributions to the society in solving and providing a large number of jobs. The number of employees in the top 100 enterprises continued to grow, reaching 296,500, an increase of 9,100, or 3.17%. Among them, there are 17 enterprises with 500-1000 employees, 32 enterprises with 1000 -5000 employees, 11 enterprises with 5000 -10000 employees and 8 enterprises with more than 10000 employees.

A distinctive feature is that the number of employees in the top 100 enterprises has maintained a small growth, which is in sharp contrast with the rapid growth of net profit, total assets, total tax payment, R&D investment and the number of patents. It also proves from the side that Wenzhou’s economy is gradually changing from traditional labor-intensive to scientific and technological innovation.

Happy Death Day: an American thriller comedy that is "unconventional" from the title.

Poster of Happy Death Day

1905 movie network news In the nomination list of the 90th Academy Awards announced last week, a low-budget, little cass horror film won four heavy nominations for best film, best director, best actor and best original script. The film was produced by Blumhouse Production, the Pixar of Hollywood horror films. This Friday, another thriller comedy produced by Blumhouse will also land on the mainland big screen in an "anti-routine" way.

Not only did the title of the film not play according to common sense, but the mainland audience could feel Happy Death Day at close range on the big screen, which was enough "anti-routine". After all, the media in the industry and the general audience did not expect that such foreign films involving thriller elements could be reviewed. The introduction of this film also filled the vacancy of similar domestic films to some extent. What is even more rare is that it is reported that this film, which involves such plots as "death", "murder" and "rebirth", has not been cut, completely retaining the original fun and excitement of the thriller comedy.

stage photo

The film tells the story of a female college student, Tree, who was murdered by a mysterious masked man on her birthday, but later found herself trapped on the day of murder. She woke up again and again, but repeated the life of the same day again and again. Unless the real murderer can be found out, she will never get out of the "death cycle".

Compared with other commercial blockbusters, "Happy Death Day" has neither super cheese nor special effects of burning money, but it broke the box office first and then broke the word of mouth in the North American market in an "anti-routine" way, and reached the top at the box office of $26 million in the first weekend. Rotten tomatoes maintained a high freshness and became a truly annual "screaming" film. The reason is that "Happy Death Day" plays its own unique role in setting, plot and structure.

stage photo

Compared with the orthodox horror suspense movie, Happy Death Day is more entertaining and the atmosphere is relatively relaxed. Compared with the traditional comedy movies, it has added the horror brought by the "birthday change" and the reasoning fun of the protagonist in the infinite life cycle to find the real killer step by step. In addition to the aura of the circular narrative structure, Happy Death Day can also be called exquisite design in the play, and the lively rhythm can firmly grasp the audience’s attention throughout the whole process. The New York Times praised the film "Happy Death Day", saying that the film "has enough back and forth changes between relaxed and playful and suffocating tension, which completely aroused the audience’s interest in continuing to watch. The director kept a lively tone every time she woke up, ran wildly and complained, and made the’ death cycle’ setting fresh. "

stage photo

Movies do not shy away from paying tribute to harmony: the former is one of the most classic movies under the setting of "infinite reset at a specific time"; The latter is a typical thriller comedy that is regarded as a standard by countless young people. "Happy Death Day" adopts the structure of "Groundhog Day", absorbs the genre elements of "Jing Sheng Jian Xiao", and sets the story background on campus, which successfully makes the film fit the tastes of young audiences: pursuing freshness, liking excitement, and advocating fun, stem and "cool".

stage photo

It is also worth mentioning that actress Jessica Rothe, who plays the heroine Tree, once appeared in the movie "Explosions". This time, in Happy Death Day, she took the lead for the first time, and her play was so heavy that she was even ridiculed as "occupying every frame of the film". Fortunately, she lived up to the expectations of the creative team and the audience, and her brilliant acting skills brought a lot of surprises to the film. Every time Rod wakes up in the film, he experiences the same plot, but his mood, behavior and even mental state are constantly changing. Her proper detail handling and emotional control have quietly interpreted this change, which has changed the attitude before and after Tree — — Regardless of family, friendship and love — — It is very logical. Choosing a girl like Tree as the protagonist and growing up with her is just another "anti-routine" attraction that can’t be missed.

France encountered a wave of large-scale strikes and demonstrations against the reform of the retirement system.

China news agency, Paris, January 19 (Reporter Yang Li) On the 19th, local time in France, there was a wave of large-scale strikes and demonstrations. Related activities were initiated by major French trade unions to oppose the reform of the retirement system.

On the same day, the reporter saw at Lyon Railway Station, a public transportation hub in the center of Paris, that most of the passenger train services had been cancelled, and the high-speed trains that were not in operation stopped at the station. There are very few passengers on the railway station platform. A number of station staff were on the scene to help provide the latest information on train operation.

The strike on that day seriously affected public transport. In addition to the impact on the French railway passenger service, many subway lines in Paris also stopped operating, and more than 10 subway lines only provided limited services during peak hours. Some school teachers in France also joined the strike. In addition, some refineries in France also went on strike that day. The strike of EDF employees also led to a decline in power generation in Paris.

France’s major trade union organizations launched a large-scale demonstration against the reform of the retirement system throughout France on the 19th. The French Ministry of the Interior said that 1.12 million people participated in the demonstrations in France, including 80,000 in Paris. The French Federation of Trade Unions said that more than 2 million people participated in the demonstrations in France, including 400,000 people in Paris.

On the same day, the reporter saw in the Republic Square in Paris that tens of thousands of people gathered here from all parts of Paris. Many people held homemade placards, and some people were busy distributing leaflets. The main contents of placards and leaflets were basically against the reform of the retirement system and the delay of the legal retirement age. Some demonstrators called for lowering the legal retirement age from the current 62 to 60.

The reporter noted that the people who participated in the demonstrations came from all walks of life, including taxi drivers, entertainers, teachers and doctors. Many students joined the demonstrations, and many of them thought that the future would be completely affected by the reform of the retirement system.

The demonstration in Paris started from the Republic Square at 2 pm. More than two hours later, the procession has not finished half of the planned trip, and there are still a large number of people waiting to leave in the Republic Square, which shows that there are a large number of participants. At about 7 pm, most of the people in the parade arrived at the national square. The demonstrations in Paris were generally peaceful, and a large number of police officers were on close guard at the scene.

French President Macron visited Spain on 19th. When asked about the voices opposing the reform of the retirement system, Macron said that people have the right to express their opinions legally, but he hoped that there would be no violence.

French officials announced the reform plan of the retirement system on the 10th, and planned to delay the legal retirement age from the current 62 to 64. A number of recent polls show that most French people agree to maintain the retirement age of 62 and oppose delaying it. (End)

Feature: From "Decoupling" to "Removing Risks" —— On the "Risk Control" Lies of "Political Liars" in the United States

BEIJING, July 5th, Xinhua News Agency Title: From "decoupling" to "taking risks" with China — — The "risk control" lies of "political swindlers" in the United States

  Xinhua news agency reporter

In the trend of economic globalization, from time to time, we encounter counter-current obstacles; Under the development theme of win-win cooperation, noisy noises often appear.

"We don’t seek China ‘ Decoupling ’ , but seek ‘ De-risk ’ 。” When the "decoupling theory" went bankrupt in fact, some politicians in the United States and the West recently talked about the so-called "de-risk" to China and peddled their new rhetoric on China policy. "Decoupling" is naked anti-China political agitation, while "taking risks" hides evil intentions and attempts to contain China’s political attempts with stolen and generalized economic concepts.

The essence of the so-called "de-risk" in the United States and the West is to achieve selective "decoupling" through self-defined "risk", which not only covets the China dividend, but also attempts to curb the development of China. Its purpose is to draw more countries into the water, to ease the inner competition panic and maintain one’s own self-interest and hegemony by provoking opposition, promoting division and obstructing development; The consequences will be to disrupt the security and stability of the global industrial chain supply chain, undermine the foundation of normal international economic exchanges and cooperation, and hinder the development of the world economy and human progress.

The concept of stealing: "Rebirth" of "Decoupling Theory"

In just a few months, "de-risk" has changed from an economic term to a geopolitical hot word, behind which American and Western politicians spare no effort to highlight the platform and flag-waving.

In May this year, the Group of Seven held a summit in Japan, and formally unified its China policy as "risk removal" in the form of a joint communique, claiming that western countries "do not seek ‘ Decoupling ’ " And hope to enhance economic resilience through "risk removal" and "diversification".

Before and after the summit, American officials obviously increased their efforts to sell the concept of "de-risk". In the middle and late April, US Treasury Secretary Yellen and Presidential Assistant for National Security Affairs Sullivan delivered speeches on US-China relations on several occasions, emphasizing the so-called "safeguarding national security" bottom line, and downplaying the intention of "decoupling" in words. In Sullivan’s words, "de-risk" means that the United States "maintains a resilient and effective supply chain" to ensure that it is not "coerced" by other countries. US Secretary of State Blinken claimed that there is an important difference between "de-risk" and "decoupling".

The United States and the West abandoned "decoupling" and shouted "de-risk", which seemed to soften their positions and began to consider the issue from the "economic" level. However, after careful study of the concept essence, concept direction and behavior essence, "de-risk" is actually the "returning to life" of "decoupling theory". Under the cloak of decency, there is no substantial change in the direction of American and Western policies toward China.

  — — From "decoupling" to "risk removal", the trend of "politicization" of economic issues between the United States and the West has not changed, and ideological considerations have always been a stumbling block to their normal economic exchanges with China.

Before being "enabled" by western countries, "de-risk" refers to the offside jurisdiction of financial institutions, which has been criticized by the United States, the European Union and the World Bank, and has long been placed in the dark corner of western economic textbooks as a derogatory term.

Until April this year, the US Treasury report still described "de-risk" as the behavior of financial institutions to terminate or restrict commercial relations indiscriminately out of fear of anti-terrorism and money laundering sanctions, arguing that this practice poses a challenge to promoting US foreign policy, and reducing the barriers related to "de-risk" is not only a US but also an international "priority".

Turn your hands into clouds and cover your hands for rain. In recent months, under the impetus and momentum of some western politicians, the "de-risk" classified as "business decision" by the World Bank has begun to be endowed with more political connotations, forming a complement to the western "decoupling theory" on China. The leading role of risk prevention rose from enterprises to the national level, and "business decision-making" evolved into "political decision-making". Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, said that "de-risk" includes both eliminating "economic risks" and reducing "diplomatic risks".

  — — From "decoupling" to "risk removal", the so-called "minefield" of economic exchanges between the United States and the West with China has not changed, and "risk removal" is actually a "decoupling" of "breaking the whole into parts".

According to the Financial Times, the risks of economic exchanges with China in the eyes of the United States and the West mainly involve two types. One is what western countries get from China, such as new energy technologies and important mineral supplies; One is what China got from the West, such as semiconductor technology.

It can be said that the so-called "de-risk" in the United States and the West covers both demand and supply, fearing that the demand side will be "stuck" by China and that the supply side will not be able to "stuck" by China in the future. These are no different from promoting "decoupling" from China, completely ignoring interdependence as the inevitable result of economic globalization, and simply equating normal economic and trade exchanges with China with insecurity.

Gordon Flack, CEO of the US-Asia Center in Perth, University of Western Australia, believes that under the circumstance that "decoupling" from China as a whole is considered absurd, the West has begun to turn to "decoupling" from specific industries, specific enterprises and even specific products and technologies. The article on the website of the world newspaper syndicate believes that the United States and the West are promoting cooperation with China "in different ways ‘ Decoupling ’ " .

  — — From "decoupling" to "risk removal", the policy orientation of the United States and the West to promote protectionism has not changed, and "risk removal" has given "mercantilism" a more decent excuse.

In April, when Sullivan gave a speech at the Brookings Institution, he created a momentum for "de-risk", claiming that the United States would "confidently" promote its industrial policy and at the same time set up a "small courtyard and high wall" to protect its advanced technology.

According to Gary Clyde Hufbauer, a senior researcher at the Peterson Institute for International Economics in the United States, the United States ignored economic costs and tried to impose a "technical blockade" on China on the grounds of so-called "national security". Whether it is "decoupling" or "removing risks" in wording, it is a sign that the United States has turned to the wrong path of "new mercantilism" and protectionism has gone deeper.

Singapore’s Straits Times believes that the industrial policy of the United States to promote the return of manufacturing industry is aggravating the tendency of protectionism, and its Inflation Reduction Act and Chip and Science Act, which cost hundreds of billions of dollars respectively, are arousing the European Union, Japan, South Korea and other countries to follow up subsidies for green technology and semiconductor industries. If these protectionist practices are "whitewashed" in the name of "removing risks", they may further erode the basic rules of the WTO.

Insufficient strength: the source of panic in the United States and the West

Some people in the United States and the West exaggerate "de-risk" to China, the essence of which is "de-China". The fundamental purpose is to block China’s economic ties with the world and safeguard its own hegemony. Changing waistcoats and inventing new rhetoric continue to curb China’s development, exposing the inability of the United States and the West to "decouple" from China, the panic mentality of competition with China and the narrow prejudice against different development paths.

  — — "De-risk" is a discourse trap to avoid the bankruptcy of "decoupling theory".

From official documents to public statements, western politicians have repeatedly emphasized "not seeking ‘ Decoupling ’ " It also proves the bankruptcy of "decoupling theory" from the side. During his previous visit to China, Blinken said that complete decoupling between the United States and China would be "disastrous". Borrell, Vice-President of the European Commission, said at the shangri-la dialogue Conference in Singapore: "Our daily trade volume with China is 2.7 billion euros! To ‘ Decoupling ’ ? Don’t even think about it If we do this, we will create a global crisis. "

In the years since the decoupling theory was put forward, the economic and trade relations between China and its major trading partners, including western countries, are still deepening. According to official data of the United States and the European Union, in 2022, the total trade volume of goods between the United States and China and between Europe and China reached US$ 690.6 billion and Euro856.3 billion respectively, both reaching record highs.

The "decoupling theory" was "hit in the face" by reality, which made the United States begin to look for new pretexts. "De-risk" is in line with the nature of human beings to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages. It seems to be objective, but in fact it hides evil intentions: on the one hand, it caters to the general psychology of the international community eager to avoid risks and attempts to win over more countries "into the pit" by "de-risk"; On the other hand, China is labeled as "the source of risk" by "de-risk". Behind this rhetoric is the selfish and overbearing mentality of the United States, which wants to profit from China and is unwilling to give up containing China.

Bates Gill, executive director of the China Analysis Center of the Policy Institute of the Asia Society of the United States, said that "de-risk" only describes what the United States and the West are doing in more obscure terms.

  — — "De-risk" is a "fig leaf" to cover up "malicious competition".

In the past few decades, the economic development momentum of China and the United States has been in sharp contrast. The reason why the United States regards China as a "risk" is that it holds a wrong understanding of China, mirrors China with the template that a strong country will dominate, and misjudges China with the trajectory of traditional western powers.

In terms of speed and scale, after more than 40 years of reform and opening up, China has become the world’s second largest economy, the largest manufacturing country, the largest commodity trading country and the second largest consumer market. In terms of quality and fineness, China’s R&D and innovation capabilities have been continuously enhanced, and its position in the value chain has continued to rise, narrowing the gap with the United States and even surpassing it in the fields of 5G technology and green energy technology.

In this process, the American economy experienced the hollowing out of industries, the Internet bubble, the subprime mortgage crisis and the sharp increase in debt, and now it is facing the risk of recession. When China acted as an important engine of world economic growth, the internal "competition panic" in the United States continued to grow, and suppressing China became its main means.

Graham Allison, a well-known American international political scholar, believes that more than 20 years ago, the United States was "hard to see China in the rearview mirror", but now China is following closely behind, running or surpassing in some areas, which makes the United States panic and regard China as an "all-round rival".

"America always tends to blame others." Stephen Perry, chairman of 48 British group clubs, believes that it seems easier for the United States to explain the rapid development of China by demonizing China than to face up to reality and compete fairly.

  — — "De-risk" is "arrogance and prejudice" against the emerging development paradigm.

The key to China’s economic success lies in its development model which conforms to its own national conditions, can stand the test of practice and is different from that of the West. Seeing China as a "risk" reflects the arrogance of the United States as a "lighthouse country", which only recognizes the so-called rules and values that are beneficial to itself and does not hide its prejudice against emerging forces.

Fu Xiaolan, an academician of the British Academy of Social Sciences, believes that China’s innovative development path, which is driven by the government and the market, has continuously injected new impetus into China’s economic development in the past decade and set an example for other countries.

Obviously, the United States does not agree with this, and insists that it does not conform to American values as a challenge and security threat. Yellen’s recent speech on US-China economic relations made it clear that the United States will safeguard national security interests and human rights, even though targeted measures may have a negative impact on the economy.

Henry Kissinger, the former US Secretary of State, wrote in his book Great Diplomacy that Americans think they have an obligation to promote American values to the whole world. "There is no country like the United States that absolutely does not allow foreign interference in internal affairs, but also wishful thinking that American values are universally applicable."

The United States draws a line with values, generalizes the concept of national security, abuses export control measures, artificially interferes with normal economic and trade exchanges, and attempts to attack and weaken the development momentum of China, which runs counter to the principle of market economy and fair competition that the United States has always advertised.

The thief shouted to catch the thief: the real risk of "going to risk"

In a market economy, there are risks in all economic activities. The United States and the West can’t correctly view the meaning of risk, but they distort and exaggerate the normal economic exchanges with China as so-called "risk", which is euphemistically called "risk control", and the final result may be "risk out of control".

  — — To "decouple" China in the name of "removing risks" and ignore the fact of China’s economic contribution will bring greater economic risks to the West itself.

"People usually don’t commit suicide to reduce their fear of death." Carl Bildt, the former Swedish Prime Minister, questioned "de-risk". "Is it just because we are afraid of possible risks in the future that we have reason not to trade with China from now on?"

Stephen roach, a senior researcher at Yale University in the United States, believes that American companies have gained the double benefits of improving efficiency and developing the market from investing in China for many years. "But as we turn our attention to ‘ Security issues ’ These advantages are quietly disappearing. "

The latest poll released by the European Association for Foreign Relations in early June shows that most respondents from 11 EU countries do not agree with the EU’s policy of "de-risk", 46% think China is an "ally or necessary partner", and only about 30% think China is a "competitor or rival".

  — — Decoupling China in the name of "removing risks" and ignoring the deep integration between China and the world will bring risks to world development and human progress.

Economic globalization is an inevitable trend of world development, and countries are closely linked through division of labor and cooperation. You have me and I have you. China occupies an important position in this system, accounting for about 18% of the total economic output, and its average contribution rate to world economic growth during the decade from 2012 to 2021 exceeded 30%; The scale of manufacturing industry ranks first in the world for 13 consecutive years, and it is the country with the most complete industrial categories and the most complete industrial system in the world, providing the world with a large number of high-quality and cheap industrial raw materials and finished products. At the same time, China has the largest and most growing middle-income group in the world and has become a major emerging high-end market in the world.

According to the calculation of purchasing power parity, developing countries will account for about 60% of the global economy by 2035, and most of them will take China as their largest trading partner.

Non-cooperation is the biggest risk. The attempt by the United States and the West to exclude China from the international economic system will not only greatly weaken the momentum of global economic growth, but also undermine global trade rules, tear apart the global economic and scientific and technological system, and cause great losses to the world. The Straits Times commented that the negative impact of "de-risk" will go far beyond the United States, the European Union and China, and also affect other trading partners. "De-risk" is putting all parties concerned at risk.

  — — The fact of "decoupling" China in the name of "de-risk" reflects the consistent routine of the US side to reverse black and white, trying to cover up that it is the biggest risk and the source of global chaos.

By virtue of its advantages in the global economy and finance, the United States has been reckless for a long time, bringing disasters to other countries and even the world economy many times. The history of the world economic crisis in recent years is largely "the history of American insurrection".

In the Asian financial crisis in 1997, American hedge funds used the financial system defects of Asian economies to "attack" the stock market and foreign exchange market crazily, and they made a lot of money, but the bubbles in many economies burst one after another, and their development was seriously affected.

In 2008, during the international financial crisis, American financial capital engaged in subprime loans in order to gain high profits. Credit rating agencies, known as "gatekeepers" of the financial market, stuck the aura of "authority" and "justice" and labeled "toxic" assets in the United States as "high quality", misleading global investors. Eventually, the crisis broke out and spread, hitting the world economy hard.

After the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic, the United States and the West frantically printed money to stimulate the economy, causing severe inflation. In response to inflation, they raised interest rates aggressively, which led to the sharp depreciation of currencies in many countries, the surge in debt burden, a large outflow of funds, and the economy was in trouble.

China, on the other hand, has injected confidence and impetus into the recovery of the global economy after the epidemic with the sustained recovery of domestic consumption, efficient industrial system and orderly opening up.

Tesla, Siemens, Volkswagen, Citigroup … … Just as some politicians in the United States and the West are clamoring for "de-risk", a number of well-known multinational companies have sent executives to visit China to promote capital increase, production expansion and business opportunities. In the eyes of multinational companies and most countries, the development of China is not a risk, but a huge opportunity; Exchanges and cooperation with China have never been a risk, but a win-win situation and progress.

No matter how it is packaged, the so-called "de-risk" of some politicians in the United States and the West will eventually lead to opportunities, cooperation, stability and development. "De-risk" will also end in failure like "decoupling theory". Those politicians who are addicted to China’s paranoia and cannot extricate themselves will eventually be satirized by reality. History will eventually prove that political lies can’t deceive the world, nor can they stop the surging tide of globalization. Due to the negative drag of LeTV, the capital chain of Easy Car broke and seven suppliers were in arrears.

In March last year, five months after accepting Letv Investment Holdings, Easy Car, which had been silent for a long time in the car market, released the second child in the car market and introduced the concept of "eco-car". At the same time that peers have tightened subsidies, Easy-to-use vehicles have repeatedly benchmarked their competitors in subsidies, constantly lengthening subsidy time and increasing cashback efforts.

After a year, the aura of easy-to-use car brought by the bundling strategy with LeTV has already vanished under the negative news of the break of LeTV’s capital chain. However, under the influence of LeTV, easy-to-use car has also been exposed to capital chain problems.

Although the easy-to-use car has been denied many times, according to Sina Technology’s investigation, the easy-to-use car failed to settle the debt owed by the outsourcing customer service company in time, and now the easy-to-use car has all turned into mail customer service and artificial intelligence customer service, which is affected by customer service. The office front desk in Zhongguancun is crowded with drivers and passengers who come to complain all the year round.

In fact, in addition to the customer service company, seven suppliers who have cooperated with Easy Car, including App promotion and SMS promotion, have not received the payment for Easy Car within the contract settlement period. Facing the supplier who asks for money from the door, Wang Rui, assistant to the president of Easy Car, bluntly said: "I don’t owe you any money either. I have broken my promise in seven companies. Now I just have no money and can only wait for the signal from the bank."

Since December last year, Liu, an employee of Aiwoshi Technology Co., Ltd., which has provided App promotion services for easy-to-use cars, has to go to the company headquarters in Zhongguancun at least one day a week.

According to Liu, on December 15th last year, after the media exposed that Easy Car was in arrears with the supplier’s final payment, the product director of Easy Car drew up a payment plan, which was signed by Wang Rui, assistant to the president of Easy Car, and promised him that he would pay 3,035,604 yuan before January 20th and the second payment of 3,414,136 yuan before February 28th.

January 18, 2017

As the date of the first payment approached, Wang Rui told Liu that the bank loan had not yet arrived, and asked him to wait for another two or three days. At the same time, he said: "If you believe in the easy strength, you can wait. If you don’t believe it, you can take legal measures."

January 24, 2017

Liu, who still hasn’t received any easy payment, found Wang Rui again. Wang Rui said: "At present, the company owes SMS, customer service and promotion funds, and there are many door-to-door reminders every day." Subsequently, Wang Rui once again promised to solve the arrears problem in the first week after the year. After that, Wang Rui appealingly paid 440,000 yuan to Liu’s company account, and it is said that the other six suppliers also received about 400,000-500,000 yuan in arrears at the same time.

February 10, 2017

Years later, Liu found Wang Rui again, and Wang Rui said that the loan approval letter from the bank has not been received yet, and there should be a result next Monday.

On February 13th, 20th, 24th and 27th, Wang Rui successively postponed the scheduled repayment date on the grounds that the bank loan was not approved.

According to Liu, as of March 10, Wang Rui still refused to pay the remaining arrears on the grounds of the bank, and even bluntly said: "We only owe you more than 5 million, and I still owe more than 10 million outside. I have to solve it later."

According to Wang Rui,At present, the easy-to-use car owes Liu more than 5 million outstanding payments, and tens of millions outstanding to customer service providers and SMS service providers. As to when the remaining funds can be settled, Wang Rui also said that the next round of financing for easy-to-use cars has entered the drafting stage, and if banks can’t give loans, they can also rely on financing money to pay off debts.

Talking about the current predicament of easy access to cars, Wang Rui said that the main reason was the negative influence of LeTV last year, so banks were cautious and did not dare to lend easily. In Wang Rui’s view, Easy Car still has a certain right to speak in the private car market. Although individual drivers are facing delays in withdrawing cash, there are still a large number of drivers and vehicles operating on the platform. In addition, Easy Car is actively applying for an online car license and is expected to receive the license in mid-March.

Recently, Sina Technology visited the headquarters of Easy-to-use Car Company. In addition to a large number of drivers who came to complain at the front desk of Easy-to-use Car, Easy-to-use Car still maintained normal office order, and people kept coming for interviews. According to a staff member who is easy to use the car, because of the suspension of manual customer service at present, the problem of easy access to funds has led to the slow withdrawal of cash from the driver’s side. Every day, drivers and passengers come to complain, and the police have come forward to appease the driver’s emotions before.

In order to prevent the drivers who come to complain from affecting the office of the easy-to-use car, a signboard has been specially set up at the front desk of the easy-to-use car, indicating that the driver reception service station has been specially set up for the easy-to-use car, hoping that the driver can transfer the complaint position.

In addition to drivers and suppliers, passengers who are easy to use the car are also in a state of panic. After entering the LeTV eco-circle, it is easy to continuously increase its recharge policy. At the Yizhi celebration on July 1, 2016, it was easy to announce the end of the "100% recharge activity" that lasted for 224 days and lasted for the longest time in history. A total of 6.53 million users recharged, with a cumulative amount of more than 6 billion yuan, with a per capita income of 918 yuan.

At the same time, this means that behind the 6 billion recharge, it is easy to prepare an additional 6 billion yuan in the future to replenish platform users and drivers and enhance the stickiness of users and drivers. At the end of last year, after LeTV was negative, Easy Car was also exposed to the news that some drivers were in arrears with suppliers and some drivers were blocked in withdrawing cash, which made many consumers who had recharged easily worry that their money would never return.

Although Wang Rui said that the easy-to-use car platform is still operating normally, many consumers have responded to Sina Technology that they can’t get a car by using the easy-to-use car App and the funds in their accounts can’t be used. According to a driver who is easy to use the car, many drivers also hold a wait-and-see attitude towards the easy-to-use car because it is slow to respond to cash withdrawals and complaints at present, and dare not solicit customers easily.

As an easy-to-use car, LeTV has not brought much help to the easy-to-use car business except replacing all the easy-to-use senior management teams with LeTV teams. Instead, it has made the easy-to-use car a domino caused by the LeTV capital chain crisis.

According to a supplier who is in arrears with the final payment, once the easy-to-use car enters the asset liquidation, the first thing that needs to be paid is the wages owed to employees, water and electricity rent and taxes that need to be turned over to the state, followed by the arrears owed by suppliers and passengers. Therefore, although the easy-to-use car often talks about legal procedures, if you want to get the funds as soon as possible, you can only pin your hopes on the easy-to-use car to get out of the financial dilemma.

Easy access to previous financing situations:

In May 2010, Easy Angel was invested by Xu Xiaoping Zhenge Fund.

In August, 2011, it was awarded a series A financing of 10 million dollars by Morningstar Venture Capital and Qualcomm Venture Capital Company.

In April, 2013, Series B investment received $20 million from Morningstar Venture Capital, Qualcomm and Broadband Capital, and Ctrip subsequently led the investment of Series B with $60 million.

In September, 2014, it obtained over US$ 100 million in Series C financing from GIC and Ctrip.

In October 2015, LeTV acquired 70% equity of Easy-to-use Car for 700 million US dollars and became the controlling shareholder of the latter. At that time, Jia Yueting, the chairman of LeTV, said that it would build an eco-car with Yizhi, and the future eco-car would be free.

Dengue fever will enter the epidemic season from May, so please take precautions | Popular Science Time.

The May Day holiday is coming soon. When planning travel (especially outbound travel), remember to guard against a disease spread by mosquito bites — — Dengue fever

Since May,Dengue fever enters epidemic season

May to November is the epidemic season of dengue fever every year, and the epidemic peak is July to September.

Specifically, dengue fever is an acute insect-borne infectious disease caused by dengue virus, which is mainly spread by the bite of Aedes mosquitoes. The epidemic areas are mainly distributed in tropical and subtropical regions, among which Southeast Asia, the Western Pacific and America are the most serious.

Dengue fever is mainly prevalent in Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Fujian, Zhejiang and other regions in China, with typical import and suddenness. The disease spreads rapidly, the incidence rate is high, and people are generally susceptible.

I would like to remind everyone that if you have fever symptoms within 2 weeks after returning to China, please go to a regular hospital immediately and inform your travel history to avoid delaying your illness and causing serious illness.

Dengue fever is mainly spread by "flower mosquitoes"

Dengue fever is mainly caused by "patient → Aedes aegypti → Others "way to spread. Generally, there is no direct transmission of diseases between people.

At present, the dengue virus is mainly transmitted by Aedes albopictus and Aedes aegypti (commonly known as "flower mosquito"). After dengue fever patients or recessive infected people are bitten by Aedes mosquitoes, the virus usually needs to proliferate in Aedes mosquitoes for 8 ~ 10 days before it can be transmitted to people through bites.

Chinese people are generally susceptible to dengue virus, and the incubation period after infection is generally 1 ~ 14 days (mostly 5 ~ 9 days), but some people do not get sick (that is, recessive infection). Aedes mosquitoes, which can spread dengue virus, are widely distributed in China, and the virus may be spread rapidly after being imported.

There are four typical symptoms of dengue fever.

The typical symptoms of dengue fever can be summarized as: sudden high fever+three red signs+three pains+rash.

  one

  Sudden high fever

The body temperature can rise to 39 or 40 degrees Celsius within 24 to 36 hours.

  2

  Three red sign

That is, flushing on the face, neck and chest.

  three

  Three pains

Severe headache, joint pain all over the body, muscle aches.

  four

  rash

Congestive rash or punctate bleeding rash appears on the trunk or head and face of limbs.

Avoiding mosquito bites is the key to prevention.

In life, what should we do to stay away from dengue fever? Avoiding mosquito bites is the key!

When you go to outdoor activities in dengue endemic areas, try to choose light-colored long-sleeved trousers and use mosquito repellent or other mosquito repellent drugs as much as possible.

In addition, to prevent dengue fever, we should do the following mosquito prevention and control work.

  1. Clean up the accumulated water at home. For example, aquatic plants should change the washing bottle regularly (at least once a week), so as not to leave water on the flowerpot chassis.

  2. Keep it ventilated and dry.

  3. Install screen doors and screens.

  4. Use mosquito nets.

  5. Use mosquito killing products.

It should be noted that there is no specific drug for dengue fever at present, and the focus of treatment is to control pain, timely rehydration, prevent bleeding, and prevent mosquito isolation as soon as possible.

If you are accidentally infected with dengue virus, don’t be too alarmed. Dengue fever patients generally have a good prognosis, and can basically recover after timely treatment, but there are also reports of a few serious cases of death, so please take scientific precautions.

Confidence in China’s economy has not diminished, and the growth of foreign capital has injected new vitality into China’s economy.

CCTV News:We can see that the central and western regions showed a good momentum of development in the first half of this year. In fact, there was another force with a good trend in the first half of this year, that is, attracting foreign investment. Just like our keyword "potential" today, there is a word "force" below it. If we use the word "force", we can form strength, vitality or potential. In the first half of this year, double-digit growth of foreign capital injected new vitality into China’s economy. Then, in the face of international and domestic challenges, what makes our country the first choice for foreign investment? Let’s go to Jiangsu, the largest province for attracting foreign investment, to find the answer.

Jiangsu: the "magnetic attraction" of the largest foreign capital province"

In Suzhou High-tech Zone, Jiangsu, recently, another Japanese-funded enterprise plans to invest 100 million yuan to build the first overseas R&D center in Suzhou High-tech Zone.

On this morning, Jin Shuyu, the resident Commissioner from Fengqiao Street, Suzhou High-tech Zone, sent the just-obtained approval document for the R&D center project to the enterprise. This foreign company is mainly engaged in the production of solder resist ink for circuit board printing. Last year, the output value reached 1 billion yuan and the profit was about 150 million yuan. Although Suzhou Company has a large output and high output value, the factory facilities and equipment have hardly been updated in the past 20 years.

Facing the rapid development of 5G products in China market and semiconductor industry, the general manager of Mishima, who has just been in office for one year, has a sense of crisis. In order to keep the technological leadership and market share, he plans to increase investment in Suzhou. But his idea, at first, Japanese company headquarters felt very hesitant.

Since the company’s operating profit in China is good, and the enterprise has the consideration of increasing capital and expanding production, Fengqiao Street in Suzhou High-tech Zone will follow up in time after learning about it and provide "point-to-point" accurate service.

In order to reassure the headquarters of Japanese companies, in March this year, the Suzhou High-tech Zone Government conducted an "online" communication with the headquarters of the company in Japan, introducing in detail the preferential policies enjoyed by profit reinvestment, the market prospect of China and the high-quality business environment. At the same time, it also sent 24-hour resident to help enterprises coordinate and solve various difficulties in time. The enterprise finally turned 100 million yuan of the 150 million profits last year into further investment.

Paying close attention to the demands of enterprises, strengthening security services and guiding enterprises to reinvest profits with preferential policies for foreign investment are the "magic weapon" for Jiangsu to activate existing foreign investment.

China is the worst science major, and I regret it after graduation.

If you want to say which major sounds the most profound and seems to have super powers, it must be psychology.

As soon as I heard that others were studying psychology, their words and deeds became restrained, and I was afraid that I would be seen through if I said one more word. As if facing a psychologist, our mortal hearts are always "streaking".

In the imagination of outsiders, learning psychology is so glamorous.

However, only one knows the psychological well-being. More than twenty years ago, psychology was called "sunrise specialty in the 21st century", but the sunrise has not yet risen.

Psychologists, trapped in employment

Every year when the college entrance examination volunteers, there are always candidates who want to fill in psychology with great enthusiasm and curiosity, but they are always dissuaded by many experienced people. They cry out "Run" with regret:

Quit! Quit! Quit! Really don’t choose psychology for a temporary interest! Love can’t be a meal after graduation.

It is an indisputable fact that psychology is difficult to find a job. According to Max’s employment report, applied psychology has been on the list of "red card majors" for five consecutive years [1].

According to the Catalogue of Undergraduate Majors in Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, psychology majors are divided into psychology and applied psychology [2].

The difference between these two majors is that one is the basic research field, which pays attention to the research of traditional psychological theory, and the other is the applied research field, which is related to the application of psychology in human resources, user research, industrial psychology, psychological counseling and other fields.

However, applied psychology, which tends to solve problems in practical situations, has a low professional counterpart rate after graduation.

According to the "2013-2017 National Employment Big Data Report for Graduates Majoring in Applied Psychology", only 6.5% of psychology graduates are engaged in psychological counseling with higher relevance to their professional learning content, and more than 70% of them are engaged in human resources, of which more than 30% are positions with low demand for professional skills such as assistants and administrators [3].

The whereabouts of the graduates of the Department of Psychology of Beijing Normal University in 2022 also showed that, except for further studies, 33.3% of them were employed by educational institutions, medical institutions or party and government organs, among which 21.4% entered primary and secondary schools, and 70% of the employed enterprises were non-medical enterprises [4].

Studying psychology is not only difficult to find a job, but also difficult to find a job with high salary. Low income is another reason to dissuade students from choosing psychology.

According to Michaels data, the average monthly income of undergraduate students majoring in psychology in 2022 is 5169 yuan, which is not only lower than the average income of undergraduate students in China, but also the lowest in China [1].

The income of psychological counselors who seem to have higher professional barriers is not as high as expected.

According to the Investigation Report on the Occupational Status and Mental Health of Psychological Counsellors in 2022 issued by Chinese Academy of Sciences, the average monthly income of psychological counselors is 4,546 yuan, and the distribution is very uneven [5]. Only a few people can have considerable income.

Similar to doctors, psychological counselors are also a career with heavy qualifications. The longer they are employed, the more experienced they are, and the more popular they are. However, in the early stage of their employment, their income is not high.

At the same time, under the supervision system, psychological counselors have to bear an indispensable fee-that is, the supervision fee paid for obtaining professional counseling and guidance.

It’s difficult to get a job, it’s difficult to get a job, and the income is still low. Let alone help others solve their worries. Psychologists are afraid that they have to take care of their mental health first.

Psychology is still in the rising sun.

In this way, psychology is not a good place at all.

But at the same time, psychology is a sunrise major that has been called for more than 20 years. The reason for calling it Chaoyang major is simple: broad prospects and great demand for talents.

Indeed, there is a real demand in China for psychological counseling and therapy practitioners with psychological background.

In 2019, the results of a mental health survey in China organized by Professor Huang Yueqin from Peking University Sixth Hospital were published in The Lancet Psychiatry. The survey found that the weighted lifetime prevalence rate of various mental disorders (excluding dementia) among adults in China was 16.6% [6].

In other words, there are 230 million people in China who may suffer from mental disorders at some time in their lives.

Among them, anxiety disorder and depression disorder have the highest prevalence rates, 7.6% and 6.8% respectively [6].

In addition, according to the study "Global Disease Burden in 2019" jointly conducted by WHO and the American Institute of Health Indicators and Evaluation, the number of people with mental disorders in China increased by 27.53 million from 1990 to 2019, reaching about 160 million in 2019 [7].

Not only patients with mental disorders, but also ordinary people may face troubles at all stages of their lives and need the support of psychological counseling services.

For example, in a psychological counseling service platform, users aged 20-29 mainly consult mental health, love psychology, personal growth and emotional management, while users aged 40-49 mainly consult marriage and family and parenting education [8].

The fast-paced social operation has brought a series of "products" to modern people’s lives: endless 996 and involution, which are "hunted down" by ddl after DDL every day from the moment they open their eyes, which makes it difficult for modern people to relax. There are more and more people with mental health problems, but the number of talents who can provide mental health services is far from enough.

At present, there are only about 20,000 undergraduate psychology graduates, 8,000 to 10,000 master students, and only over 400 doctoral students [9].

As for employees, it is naturally even more scarce. According to the Mental Health Map 2020 released by the World Health Organization, there will be an average of 13 mental health and mental health practitioners for every 100,000 people in the world in 2020.

In China, there are only 8.6 mental health and mental health practitioners per 100,000 people, which is only about 60% of the world average.

The data in the United States reached 145.8 per 100,000 people in 2017, which is not surprising. After all, when we watch American TV series, we can often see the scenes in which the characters go for psychological counseling. Many people’s cognition of the image of psychological counselors also comes from this.

In 2020, Japan and South Korea, both East Asian countries, will be 13 times and 5 times higher than China in this index [10].

Generally speaking, the psychological counseling industry in China has a bright future, so why is psychology still a red card major and the sunrise of psychological counseling industry has never risen?

Why does the morning sun never rise?

Although the demand of psychological counseling industry is large, the existing psychological counseling services do not meet people’s needs well.

Many people who have had counseling experience have confided that the experience of psychological counseling service is poor on social platforms. We have counted the related complaints of counselors about psychological counseling in social platforms, and the word "lightning protection and pit avoidance" has been mentioned the most frequently.

For example, some people share that their psychological state is worse after psychological counseling, and the consultants they meet are not professional, and even reveal the privacy of the consultants, such as telling relatives and friends about the counseling content of the visitors.

The quality of school psychological counseling is a long story. Many counselors are part-time counselors or ideological and political teachers. Encountering unprofessional can make students’ psychological situation worse:

Going to counseling is like going to the office to be questioned.

The poor evaluation of the psychological counseling industry is partly due to the chaos in the industry-the psychological counseling industry lacks unified industry standards and service norms, and the level of psychological counselors is also uneven [11].

In China, if you want to get the qualification as a psychological counselor, you just need to attend a crash course for a long time, and there is no professional restriction [12]. Although the national second-and third-level psychological counselor certificate examination was cancelled in 2017, the obtained certificates are still valid, and about 2 million people obtained certificates from 2005 to 2017 [12].

On the other hand, most Chinese did not actually have the habit of doing psychological counseling when they were troubled.

The "2022 National Health Insight Report" released by Dr. Lilac shows that more than half of the people have heard of psychological testing and counseling, but only 5% of them have done offline psychological counseling [13].

Even people with mental illness are not used to asking for help.

In 2021, a study published in The Lancet Psychiatry showed that only 9.5% of patients who had had depressive episodes in the past year sought treatment from health service institutions, and even fewer people were adequately treated, only 0.5% [14].

The research points out that the low penetration rate of mental health services in China is an important reason why Chinese is not used to seeking psychological help [14]. The low popularization rate makes Chinese lack of knowledge of psychology, and many people have psychological problems and don’t realize that they can go to a psychological counselor for help.

On the other hand, when there are psychological problems, they will be ashamed to admit it, and think that it is shameful to do psychological counseling, even if they are anxious again, they would rather hold it back. This is actually a manifestation of "shame". In the eyes of the outside world, mental illness is an ideological problem, and patients are always required to cheer themselves up. Compared with other diseases, such as cancer, the stigma of mental illness is more obvious [15].

Therefore, psychotherapy, an "exotic product", has no obvious effect on Chinese. Some people even joked that Chinese’s fortune-telling was enough, and he didn’t need psychological counseling. For example, when consulting emotional problems, no matter how many "obedience tests" psychological counselors analyze, there is no fortune-telling "the other person can help you".

Psychologists who have studied hard for many years have never thought that their biggest competitor in the future will be fortune telling.

Can genetic testing really "spoil" life by predicting diseases and discovering children’s talents?

  Core reading

With the progress of technology and the sharp drop of cost, genetic testing has gradually moved from biomedical laboratory to clinic and approached the life of the general public. Under the reputation of "genetic testing can predict diseases" and "genetic testing can discover children’s talents", many institutions have also launched related services. What is the value of genetic testing? How can we make better use of and effectively supervise emerging technologies? Our reporter launched an investigation.

  Can cure all diseases?

It can accurately detect and diagnose genetic diseases, but it is not suitable for all diseases.

Ms. Li, who lives in tianqiao district, Jinan, Shandong Province, recently had a genetic test during pregnancy. "I am an elderly pregnant woman, afraid that my baby is unhealthy, and I will have a prenatal examination in strict accordance with the doctor’s requirements." Ms. Li introduced that at the 20 th week of pregnancy, the doctor found that the child’s development was abnormal through B-ultrasound. After non-invasive peripheral blood genetic screening, the fetus’ chromosome 21 was abnormal, and the risk of Down’s syndrome was high. Then the amniocentesis was diagnosed, and Ms. Li had to endure the pain to terminate the pregnancy.

"Prenatal examination can find out whether the fetus carries a mutant gene that will cause serious diseases after birth. If so, parents can choose to terminate pregnancy and achieve prenatal and postnatal care." Zhang Hongbing, a professor at the School of Basic Sciences of Peking Union Medical College, told reporters that from a clinical point of view, genetic testing is to check the sequence of genes and compare them with the parameters of healthy people to see if these sequences have changed. If there are any changes, find out the mutated genes that can cause diseases, so as to judge whether the subjects are sick, such as some genetic diseases.

"Genetic testing does have high medical value." Yang Ling, president of Beijing Jiyinjia Technology Co., Ltd. believes that the pathogenic genes of many genetic diseases are very clear, and genetic diseases can be accurately found and diagnosed through genetic testing. After the patient is diagnosed, he can receive targeted treatment, so as to control the disease and reduce the pain caused by blind medical treatment.

So, can genetic testing detect all diseases?

"Genetic testing is not so ‘ God ’ 。” Zhang Hongbing said that genetic variation does not necessarily lead to diseases, and some genetic variations only indicate that individual traits are different, for example, two people look different. Medically speaking, most diseases have nothing to do with heredity, but are caused by external conditions and acquired physical changes of patients. Take breast cancer as an example, only 5% patients have a family history.

Yang Ling believes that whether genetic testing is effective depends on specific diseases and their scientific evidence and data accumulation. Complex diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes and heart disease, have little to do with genes, so it is difficult to predict and diagnose diseases by genetic testing.

At present, the mainstream clinical genetic testing institutions are doing some genetic mutation tests that will cause diseases, rather than those illusory correlation tests. To judge whether gene mutation will cause diseases, analysts who need gene testing have high judgment level, medical knowledge and clinical experience.

  Can you test your talent?

The "natural gene" test is not reliable, and it is suspected of cheating and speculating on the concept.

"I heard that the current genetic testing technology can detect children’s talents. I want to discover my son’s talent early, so as to cultivate him in a targeted manner. " Ms. Yang, who lives in Chaoyang District, Beijing, recently spent more than 5,000 yuan on a "natural gene" test for her 2-year-old son. Ms. Yang said that after placing an order for payment from an e-commerce platform, she received a sampling tool from the testing institution two days later, collected oral cells from her son according to the instructions, and then sent them to the testing institution. In less than 20 days, she received a beautifully made test report.

"The test report is more than 50 pages thick, with a large number of data forms and English words, and many of them are incomprehensible." Ms. Yang said that the contents of the report include artistic expertise, IQ, sports expertise, personality tendency, etc. After each test, dietary advice and future career development direction are indicated.

The reporter’s investigation found that several e-commerce platforms sell "natural gene" testing services, and the price per order ranges from 2,000 yuan to 60,000 yuan. Among them, more than 60,000 yuan of genetic testing business claims to be tested by overseas institutions, which can not only test children’s health, such as body development and disease risk, but also test children’s talents, such as sports potential, artistic talent and learning ability. The operation is very convenient. After the arrival of the goods, use the testing tool to sample and send it back to the testing institution, and you can receive the testing report after a period of time.

Can genetic testing really "calculate" the child’s talent?

"With the current level of science and technology, ‘ Natural gene ’ The test is not reliable, and it is suspected of abduction and speculation, and the fees are very high. " Zhang Hongbing told reporters that the detection of "natural genes" is based on the association analysis of genes, and the association analysis only shows a very slight possibility. Testing institutions have expanded it, turned specious things into facts and turned it into various "natural genes", such as music genes and art genes.

In fact, it is impossible to give an accurate answer by the current level of science and technology. Relevant experts explained that, for example, IQ is closely related to genes, but IQ is determined by thousands of genes. From the perspective of gene sequencing, it is difficult to detect someone’s IQ talent. On the contrary, it is completely detectable that a gene mutation leads to a low IQ, such as Down syndrome and tuberous sclerosis, but this is the application of genetic testing in medicine.

  How to be more orderly?

Both support protection and reasonable supervision, calling for unified standards.

With the progress of science, genetic testing has become a very important means to detect and diagnose diseases in clinic. From the first human genome sequencing research cost more than 3 billion dollars to several thousand yuan now, the cost of genetic testing has been greatly reduced, and ordinary testing institutions can also complete it, so some speculators have emerged to speculate on the concept of genetic testing to make money.

"At present, most enterprises in the genetic testing industry are seriously doing genetic testing projects, but there are also enterprises that are not standardized and rigorous." Yang Ling believes that genetic testing is a new industry with high technical threshold and lagging supervision. The clinical application of genetic testing should be supervised according to medical devices and diagnostic reagents, and there should be strict access standards for laboratories, testers and reagents.

"Some e-commerce platforms are publicly sold ‘ Natural gene ’ Detecting services, which in itself indicates that there are loopholes in management. " Yang Ling said that legal genetic testing requires four qualifications: medical qualification, employee qualification, project qualification and reagent qualification. The "natural gene" testing service has no project qualification and should not appear in the market. In the United States, this kind of genetic testing only stays in the laboratory research stage, and it is forbidden to enter the market to make money.

"The government should support the protection and reasonable supervision of the genetic testing industry." Zhang Hongbing believes that the application of genetic testing in new non-clinical fields is still in the stage of laboratory research and data accumulation. If they are supervised too strictly and restricted too much, it may hinder the development of technology. Genetic testing in reliable fields such as genetic diseases, tumors, and prenatal examination should be vigorously supported, while behaviors that make profits under the banner of genetic testing without scientific basis, such as measuring talent and knowing life and death, should be severely cracked down.

Genes are the basic factors of life. With the development of life science and computer technology, genetic testing will be applied more and more in clinical practice, and its quality and credibility will be higher and higher. Experts in the industry said that at present, China still lacks the technical standards and market access standards of genetic testing companies, and the relevant technical means of various institutions are quite different, and the level is uneven. It is urgent to establish unified standards, such as technical standards, reagent standards and charging standards, to promote the safe, orderly and reliable development of the industry.

  ■ Reporter’s Notes

The application of new technologies urgently needs innovative supervision.

In recent years, new technologies in the medical field, such as genetic testing and Internet medical care, have been applied continuously, allowing people to enjoy the health benefits brought by technological progress. The reason why new technology is "new" is because it has just appeared, there are still immature places and it is not well known by most people. Some speculators in the market can easily use information asymmetry to swindle and swindle under the banner of new technology. Many people are gullible, which may lead to a loss of money and a serious impact on their health.

The application of new technologies requires innovative supervision by relevant departments. We can neither let go, let the market grow wildly, nor control it to death, and restrain the development momentum of new technologies. It is necessary to evaluate the application of new technologies in a timely manner, and distinguish which are deterministic achievements and which are still in the testing and research stage. In view of the former, relevant standards should be formulated to make it develop steadily and healthily. For the frontier applications in the testing and research stage, we should standardize their operation and strictly prohibit them from entering the market in order to maintain a healthy and orderly market environment.
