Kang Zhensheng: Determined to make China’s agricultural scientific research achievements "go abroad" after more than 30 years of wheat disease research.

CCTV News:In Yangling, Shaanxi, the birthplace of Chinese farming civilization, there is such a scientific researcher: he has been rooted in the northwest for more than 30 years and stuck to the yellow land. He is not a farmer, but better than a farmer.

He carried out research on the occurrence law and comprehensive control of wheat stripe rust, revealed the pathogenic variation path and mechanism of wheat stripe rust, made clear the causes of the prone areas of wheat stripe rust in summer in China, improved the understanding of the epidemic system of wheat stripe rust, and provided theoretical basis for comprehensive control of wheat stripe rust in China. The comprehensive control technology system of stripe rust in the prone areas in summer in China was constructed, and remarkable results were achieved through demonstration and application promotion, which effectively controlled stripe rust in China. The infection route and pathogenic mechanism of wheat scab were revealed, and the key period of disease prevention and control was determined, which provided theoretical basis and technical support for the prevention and control of wheat scab.

"Wheat stripe rust and scab are major biological disasters that affect China’s food security and food safety. I came out of a wheat field, and my career is in a wheat field. " He is Kang Zhensheng, an academician of China Academy of Engineering, distinguished professor, a Changjiang scholar of the Ministry of Education, a doctoral supervisor, and the director of the State Key Laboratory of Crop Stress Biology in Arid Areas. In the research building of Northwest A&F University, CCTV reporter met Professor Kang Zhensheng and listened to him tell his own research story.

Germinate the long-cherished wish of "relying on science to help agriculture increase production and income"

Kang Zhensheng was born in Anyue, Sichuan in 1957. He was a famous "good student" from primary school to high school. In 1981, Kang Zhensheng became the first graduate student of the school after the reform of the enrollment system with excellent results and the first place in the graduation thesis grade. Kang Zhensheng, who was born in a farmer’s family, witnessed the huge losses caused by stripe rust to wheat production. His character of not being afraid of difficulties and being brave in exploration also made Kang Zhensheng sprout his long-cherished wish of relying on science to help agriculture increase production and income in the vast fields.

He began his research career under the guidance of Professor Li Zhenqi, a famous plant pathologist in China. Under the leadership of Li Zhenqi, Kang Zhensheng visited the key areas where wheat stripe rust occurred in Longnan, Longdong and Guanzhong of Shaanxi Province for many times.

Through intensive investigation and repeated demonstration, they first discovered a new pathogenic strain of stripe rust, which seriously harmed the main wheat varieties in China, from thousands of analysis materials and infected wheat plants through a large number of analysis experiments and field inoculation, and made an accurate prediction on the development trend and harm of this strain. The prevention and control strategies and solutions put forward were adopted by agricultural production departments, which played an important guiding role in preventing and reducing the harm of wheat stripe rust. This achievement won the third prize of scientific and technological progress in Shaanxi Province in 1987.

Become a conqueror of "wheat cancer"

Wheat stripe rust, known as "wheat cancer", is a low-temperature fungal disease spread through the air, and it is one of the main public enemies of wheat production in the world, which often reduces wheat production by 10% to 30%, and even leads to wheat failure in serious cases.

For many years, Kang Zhensheng led the team to focus on the interaction between pathogenic fungi and host wheat, and to find out what caused the frequent changes of wheat stripe rust from the aspects of histology, cytology, molecular cytology and molecular biology.

In order to find out the species of Berberis in the over-summer area of wheat stripe rust, Kang Zhensheng led his team members to travel all over the ravines of Gansu, Shaanxi, Sichuan and Yunnan provinces, and insisted on investigating the occurrence of wheat stripe rust. After a lot of field follow-up research, he sought the evidence that wheat stripe rust camped on Berberis in natural conditions and carried out experiments by using advanced scientific and technological means, and finally obtained a major discovery: sexual reproduction is the main pathogenic variation of wheat stripe rust in China. Wheat stripe rust is widely distributed in shrub leaves in northwest mountainous areas — — "Having children" on wild Berberis makes a new generation of germs become the "killer" of wheat varieties. On August 26, 2017, the research results were published in the top international academic journal Annual Review of Plant Pathology, which attracted wide attention at home and abroad.

Kang Zhensheng’s team established a technical system for forecasting wheat stripe rust in different places, and the accuracy of disease prediction was over 90%. The control technology system of "over-summer variable area" was established by taking measures such as crop structure adjustment, distribution of disease-resistant varieties, seed dressing with chemicals, winter spore isolation and Berberis treatment, which reduced the initial bacterial source of "over-summer variable area" by 40%, reduced the frequency of new races by 50% and extended the service life of disease-resistant varieties by 3-5 years, which played a key role in the effective control of stripe rust in China.

The research results benefit many countries and regions in the Belt and Road Initiative.

Wheat stripe rust is a serious biological disaster that affects the global wheat production safety for a long time. As the main academic leader of plant pathology in China, Kang Zhensheng led his team to make outstanding contributions to the research on the occurrence regularity, pathogenic mechanism and control technology of major diseases such as wheat stripe rust and scab. Kang Zhensheng promoted the establishment of "China Wheat Stripe Rust Germ Base Comprehensive Control Technology System", which was applied in 12 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in China, reducing the occurrence area of stripe rust by 50%, recovering more than 2 billion kilograms of grain losses every year, and increasing income and reducing expenditure by 4 billion yuan annually.

Since the "Belt and Road Initiative" was put forward, Kang Zhensheng’s team has successively cooperated with more than 10 countries and regions, including Kazakstan, Turkish and Ethiopian, collected and studied more than 1,300 standard samples of wheat stripe rust pathogens, and made China’s agricultural scientific research achievements with high quality and high yield of wheat "go abroad".

Today, Kang Zhensheng is still busy, but what he considers most now is to train young people, let them stand on their shoulders and grow up as soon as possible. "The work of revealing the genetic and molecular mechanism of virulence variation of Puccinia striiformis has just begun. In the future, while engaging in scientific research, we should train the young people behind us so that our agricultural science and technology can really run from the past to the leading stage." Eight patients with viral pneumonia were initially identified as novel coronavirus.

Cctv newsThe reporter learned from the Wuhan Municipal Health and Wellness Commission that yesterday (8th), eight patients with unexplained viral pneumonia in Wuhan, Hubei Province were cured and discharged. It is understood that these eight patients were treated in relevant hospitals in Wuhan before, and then they were all concentrated in Jinyintan Hospital in Wuhan. After diagnosis and treatment by medical institutions, these 8 patients have had no clinical manifestations such as fever and pneumonia for several days. After being diagnosed by clinical experts, they met the discharge standards and have all been discharged.

Preliminary progress has been made in pathogen identification

With regard to the progress of etiological identification of viral pneumonia with unknown causes in Wuhan, the reporter learned today (9th) from the expert group on preliminary evaluation of pathogen detection results that as of 21: 00 on January 7th, 2020, a novel coronavirus was detected in the laboratory, and the whole genome sequence of the virus was obtained. By nucleic acid detection, 15 cases were found to be novel coronavirus positive, and the virus was isolated from a positive patient sample, showing a typical coronavirus morphology under the electron microscope.

The expert group believes that the pathogen of this unexplained viral pneumonia case was initially determined to be novel coronavirus. The laboratory used genome sequencing, nucleic acid detection, virus isolation and other methods to detect the etiology of patients’ alveolar lavage fluid, throat swab, blood and other samples.

Coronavirus is a kind of pathogen that mainly causes respiratory and intestinal diseases. There are many regularly arranged protrusions on the surface of this kind of virus particles, and the whole virus particle is like a crown of an emperor, hence the name "coronavirus". Besides humans, coronavirus can also infect many mammals such as pigs, cows, cats, dogs, minks, camels, bats, mice, hedgehogs and many birds.

So far, there are six known human coronaviruses. Among them, four coronaviruses are common in the population, with low pathogenicity, and generally only cause mild respiratory symptoms similar to the common cold. Two other coronaviruses — — Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus and Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus, also known as SARS coronavirus and MERS coronavirus, can cause serious respiratory diseases. Novel coronavirus, which caused the epidemic, is different from the human coronavirus that has been found. Further scientific research is needed to understand the virus.

Does the cancellation of the household registration reform plan in 31 provinces affect the rights and interests of agricultural registered permanent residence?

With the promulgation of the "Implementation Opinions on Further Promoting the Reform of the Household Registration System" in Beijing, the household registration reform programs in 31 provinces across the country have all been completed. In these household reform schemes, agricultural registered permanent residence was explicitly cancelled, which indicates that agricultural registered permanent residence, which contains multiple emotions and connotations, has officially withdrawn from the historical stage. Will the cancellation of agricultural registered permanent residence affect farmers’ rights and interests? What impact will it have on the new urbanization construction?

Farmers’ rights and interests are not affected.

In the Opinions on Further Promoting the Reform of the Household Registration System issued by the State Council in 2014, it was proposed that "a unified household registration system should be established in urban and rural areas, and the distinction between agricultural registered permanent residence and non-agricultural registered permanent residence and the blue-printed household registration derived from it should be abolished, and unified registration should be made as a resident household registration."

Since 1958, China has divided agricultural registered permanent residence and non-agricultural registered permanent residence, resulting in different rights, guarantees and treatment. Agricultural registered permanent residence’s rights and interests are mainly collective land contracting rights, rural homestead use rights and collective income distribution rights, while non-agricultural registered permanent residence’s rights and interests are mainly social public services attached to household registration, including education, medical care, employment, insurance, housing and so on.

According to experts’ analysis, the cancellation of agricultural registered permanent residence does not mean that all agricultural registered permanent residence will be transformed into non-agricultural registered permanent residence, but registered as a resident’s account, which will lay a foundation for gradually opening up the dual gap between urban and rural areas and realizing the equalization of public services in social security, education and medical care. Therefore, the actual rights and interests of farmers will not change.

"After the identity of farmers and urban residents is unified, there is no distinction between agricultural registered permanent residence and non-agricultural registered permanent residence, only geographical differences." Zhou Yunqing, a professor of sociology at Wuhan University, said that at present, the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents is being merged one after another, and in the future, residents all over the country are expected to enjoy equal status and treatment.

With the advancement of urbanization, public services such as urban education and housing security in many areas have also been opened to rural migrant workers and their children. According to the data released by the National Development and Reform Commission, in 2015, there were 13.671 million children of migrant workers in the compulsory education stage, and the proportion of them enrolled in public schools reached 80%. In addition to compulsory education, Sichuan, Chongqing, Zhejiang and other places have included migrant workers in the public rental housing security system.

The equalization of urban and rural public services has accelerated.

The Plan for Promoting 100 million Non-registered Population to Settle in Cities issued by the General Office of the State Council clearly stipulates that the conditions for settling in agricultural transfer population should be relaxed in an all-round way except for a few mega-cities. Focusing on the population of rural students entering cities and towns for further studies and joining the army, the agricultural transfer population who have lived in cities and towns for more than five years and migrated with their families, and the new generation of migrant workers, we will promote the agricultural transfer population who have the ability to work and live stably in cities and towns to settle down with their families in cities and towns.

In 2015, Xiangyang City, Hubei Province, located in Jianghan Plain, fully liberalized the restrictions on household registration. As long as rural residents rent legal private housing for urban residents and have stable employment, they, their spouses, fathers and minor children can all settle in Xiangyang City. At the same time, it is clear that farmers should not withdraw from the right to contracted management of land, the right to use homestead and the right to distribute collective income as preconditions when they settle down in urban areas.

Zhao Di is the sales manager of a machinery enterprise in Xiangyang City, Hubei Province. In June 2015, after Xiangyang City implemented the "zero threshold" for urban settlement, he was able to move his household registration from his hometown in Henan to Xiangyang City. "When the hukou is in the countryside, it is very inconvenient for children to go to school in Xiangyang. When they participate in some bidding to check their ID cards, they are even considered as impersonations. Now these problems are solved."

The reporters interviewed in many places for half a month found that most small and medium-sized towns have liberalized the threshold for settlement, encouraging rural residents to settle in cities, so as to improve the urbanization rate of registered population. According to the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan", the urbanization rate of China’s permanent population needs to increase by 3.9 percentage points in the next five years, and the urbanization rate of registered population needs to increase by 5.1 percentage points. In the future, it will be more convenient for agricultural population to move into cities and settle down.

Dong Xiaowei, deputy director of the comprehensive pilot office of new urbanization in Langzhong City, Sichuan Province, made a detailed comparison between agricultural registered permanent residence and non-agricultural registered permanent residence: among the 12 rights associated with hukou, there are basically no policy differences between urban and rural areas, such as employment, pension insurance, education, basic public health services and public cultural services; Land rights and interests, direct grain subsidies, returning farmland to forests, rural five guarantees and poverty alleviation are unique to rural hukou; Only low-income cities have a higher monthly subsidy standard than rural areas, 40 yuan, and public rental housing and low-rent housing are unique to urban hukou.

Dong Xiaowei said: "In recent years, preferential policies attached to agricultural registered permanent residence have been continuously introduced, which greatly increased the attractiveness of agricultural registered permanent residence. Some farmers are willing to work and live in the city, but they are unwilling to move their accounts, which is a rational choice after calculating an interest account. "

  Three trends of "anti-urbanization"

Under the "one drop and one liter" of gold content in urban hukou and rural hukou, rural residents who used to prefer to spend money to "turn agriculture into non-agriculture" and eat "national grain" are now less willing to settle in cities year by year.

A sample survey in Yicheng City, Hubei Province shows that 70% of local farmers are willing to move to cities, but they are unwilling to move into hukou. Huoqiu County, Anhui Province is one of the pilot counties to promote new urbanization. According to the data provided by Huoqiu County Public Security Bureau, in 2015, only 273 people moved into Chengguan Town in agricultural registered permanent residence, Huoqiu County. At present, there are still 1.5 million people in agricultural registered permanent residence.

In some places, the phenomenon of "reverse urbanization" has gradually appeared.

  — — I was admitted to the university, but I didn’t move my hukou. Rural students in many places no longer move their registered permanent residence to cities after being admitted to universities. According to the data provided by the Public Security Bureau of Langzhong City, only 21 rural college students moved their household registration to the cities where they studied in 2015, mainly to big cities such as Beijing and Shanghai. Wei Li, deputy head of the Public Security Brigade of the Public Security Bureau of Langzhong City, said that at present, rural college students are expected to settle in big cities unless they are admitted to key universities, and generally do not move out of rural areas.

  — — Buy a house, work and live in the city, but don’t move your account. Many small and medium-sized cities have zero threshold for settlement, and a considerable number of rural hukou personnel who have lived in cities all the year round have fully met the conditions for settlement in cities, but they still leave their hukou in rural areas.

In September, 2015, Huoqiu County issued a policy, which stipulated that anyone who bought a new commercial house with a size of less than 144 square meters for the first time in the county planning area would be given a housing subsidy of 200 yuan per square meter, and rural registered residents could voluntarily choose to transfer their household registration. Yao Zebao, a 25-year-old villager in Linhuaigang Township, Huoqiu County, told reporters that he worked in Shanghai and went back to Huoqiu County to buy a house for the convenience of his children going to primary school in the county. "My income is limited, it is impossible to settle in Shanghai, and I will return to Huoqiu in the future. However, I am not going to move my hukou to the county, and it is better to stay in the rural policy. "

  — — Many people with urban hukou want to move their hukou back to the countryside. Wei Li said that although the current policy prohibits urban hukou from moving to rural areas, almost every day people call to ask how to change urban hukou into rural hukou.

Bian Zisheng, a resident of Huoqiu County, said: "I used to be a rural hukou. In 1992, my parents spent 4,000 yuan to buy me a town hukou, so that I could go to school in the city. At that time, the rural hukou could not go to schools in the county. Now I regret it, there is neither contracted land nor homestead. "

Urbanization cannot be a "digital article"

During the half-month talk, reporters found in many places that many places have set expected goals for the urbanization rate of registered population, and some places have started "digital articles" to complete the target tasks.

After canceling the distinction between agricultural and non-agricultural hukou, some cities counted all the population in urban areas divided by civil affairs as urban registered population, thus, a large number of farmers in urban villages and suburban villages were "urbanized". The heads of new urbanization functional departments in some areas said that by withdrawing counties and setting up districts, a large number of rural population in the suburbs are all counted as urban registered population, so as to ensure that the urbanization rate index is completed on schedule.

In some places, land expropriation has become a means to complete the urbanization rate of the population. In a city in the west, the reporter found that in 2016, the city’s farmers settled in the city with a target of 56,000 people. When asked whether the set goal can be achieved, the person in charge of the comprehensive pilot office of new urbanization in the city said: "It can certainly be achieved. In a city as big as ours, there are tens of thousands of people if we casually engage in land acquisition."

Li Quanjun, deputy director of the Development Planning Department of Anhui Development and Reform Commission, believes that the registered population can no longer fully reflect the real urbanization rate of a place. In the process of accelerating new urbanization, we should respect the laws of economic and social development and avoid the phenomenon of forcibly promoting urbanization.

To truly promote the urbanization of people, in addition to strengthening the absorption function of cities, we should also revitalize rural land assets and "untie" farmers and land. In recent years, farmers’ "three rights" of land contractual management right, homestead use right and collective income distribution right have been strengthened, but the property value of farmers’ assets cannot be realized because the key institutional obstacles have not been fundamentally eliminated, which weakens farmers’ ability to bring capital into the city, which also "binds" farmers and land tightly.

After the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the central government gradually began to promote the "separation of three powers" in rural land reform: implementing collective ownership, stabilizing farmers’ contracting rights, and releasing land management rights. On October 30 this year, the central government also issued the Opinions on Improving the Separation of Rural Land Ownership, Contracting Rights and Management Rights to further improve the rural land property rights system.

Some places actively explore ways to revitalize rural land property rights and let farmers bring capital into cities. Using the mechanism of linking the increase and decrease of urban and rural construction land, Chongqing has implemented the "land ticket" system, guiding farmers to voluntarily reclaim idle and abandoned rural construction land into cultivated land. After ensuring the development of rural areas, the formed indicators will be publicly traded in the market in the form of "land ticket". Yicheng City, Hubei Province is constantly exploring the exit mechanism of rural homestead. On the premise of confirming the right and determining the normal use area in the early stage, based on the principle of farmers’ voluntary participation, hundreds of households have voluntarily withdrawn from the area occupied by farmers. Barbecue is delicious, but you must do these eight points for health!

The following article comes from China, the author of Science Popularization, Xue Qingxin.

Cop China.

Public science popularization and scientific communication

Why does barbecue smell good?

The origin of barbecue is very early, and it has been started since our primate ancestors. The love for barbecue can be said to go deep into the soul. Few people can control their desire for the smell of barbecue food. The smell of barbecue coming from the streets is really tempting, not to mention the lively atmosphere of barbecue all over the city!

Then why does the barbecue smell so good?

The most common barbecue is charcoal barbecue, which can give food a unique aroma mainly for two reasons.

1. Maillard reaction

During the barbecue of food, the amino acids decomposed by protein will have Maillard reaction with the reducing sugar in food or marinade, which can give food a unique aroma and attractive color.

2. Flavor droplets

Flavor droplets are the key to the flavor formation of barbecue food. After burning, food droplets will emit many aromatic compounds to cover the food.

For example, the drippings of fruit juice contain sugar, protein and oil, and the drippings of meat contain a lot of fat, which will be burnt at the high temperature of charcoal and excited into aromatic molecules to return to the smoke, giving food an aromatic taste.

The combination of these two flavors makes people drool over barbecue.

Why advise you to eat less barbecue?

Barbecue is delicious, but you should not eat it often. In order to persuade you to eat less barbecue, I have properly sorted out many reasons.

Step 1 get fat

Fat and thin kebabs especially capture people’s hearts, such as pork belly, soy sauce tendons, fat and thin, and even cooked tendons, skin and fat intestines … You may brush oil over and over again during the barbecue. The reason why these kebabs are delicious is that they are high in fat, so they taste good, and the calories are naturally not low. Eating them often will inevitably increase the risk of obesity, which is not conducive to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular health.

2. It is not conducive to controlling blood pressure

The salt content of pickled kebabs and the dipping sauce is not low, so eating them often is not conducive to controlling blood pressure.

3. It is not conducive to controlling blood uric acid.

Barbecues, especially those in coastal areas, have more meat and seafood, and often drink beer at the same time, which will make us consume more purine, which may lead to an increase in blood uric acid. Patients with hyperuricemia and gout should pay special attention to eating moderately.

4. There are carcinogens

Barbecue belongs to high-temperature cooking, and the highest temperature can reach 370℃. At this high temperature, meat will produce heterocyclic amines and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, both of which are carcinogens, and the content of carcinogens will gradually increase with the increase of temperature and time.

As we all know, 3,4- benzopyrene is the highest class 1 carcinogen, which is definitely carcinogenic to human beings. It belongs to one kind of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, which is the most toxic and accounts for a large proportion, so it is the most representative polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons with strong carcinogenicity. In the way of ingesting polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons through diet, fried and grilled foods account for 88%~98%. [1]

In addition, foods with high carbohydrate content, such as steamed bread, bread, potato chips, etc., will produce acrylamide during barbecue, which belongs to category 2A carcinogen. It has been confirmed that it will cause cancer in animals, but the evidence of carcinogenicity in humans is limited.

5. Air pollution

The burning and incomplete burning of charcoal for barbecue will produce carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide. The former is a kind of greenhouse gas, while the latter is a toxic gas. The smoke from barbecue contains toxic and harmful substances such as dioxins, nitrosamines and heterocyclic amines, among which dioxins not only cause cancer, but also have reproductive toxicity and genetic toxicity. The smoke contains particles such as PM2.5 and PM10, and the concentration is off the charts! Relevant tests by environmental NGOs show that the concentration of PM2.5 in barbecue intensive areas is 1 meter, 10 meters and 100 meters away from the oven, which is far higher than that in non-barbecue areas, and PM10 can also cause haze weather, which seriously harms the health of respiratory system. [2]

How to reduce injuries?

Since there are health risks while eating barbecue, how can people who like to eat barbecue eat relatively healthily? In order to let everyone enjoy the food happily, the following eight points are best arranged.

Step 1 don’t burn

The higher the barbecue temperature and time, the higher the carcinogen content. It is best to remove the burnt place and not eat it, because the more burnt the place, the higher the carcinogen content. After baking, you should wipe the head of the barbecue label before eating.

For example, it is reasonable to have a small stove on each table of Zibo BBQ, and the degree to which the meat is roasted can be completely in your own hands. It is suggested that the meat can be eaten when it is completely cooked, and don’t wait for it to dry and paste.

2. Choose more lean meat

Lean meat is low in fat, which is helpful for weight control. Moreover, if the fat content is high, it will further promote the formation of carcinogens, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are most likely to be produced at high temperature. Lean meat may have lower carcinogen content than fat and thin kebabs, and it can also reduce the intake of saturated fatty acids.

3. Don’t just eat meat

Many people eat kebabs all over the table, which will lead to high meat intake, which is not conducive to cardiovascular health. If you eat so much meat often, you will increase the risk of developing diseases such as type 2 diabetes, colorectal cancer and obesity. [3] Therefore, it is best to mix some staple foods, vegetables and bean products, which will help to enhance satiety and control meat intake.

Zibo barbecue, for example, is very good. Burritos are the staple food, and shallots are vegetables, but the taste is spicy.

Step 4 match fresh fruits and vegetables

Fresh fruits and vegetables are rich in dietary fiber and antioxidant components, such as lycopene, carotene and anthocyanin. Tomatoes, Chinese cabbage, cherry tomatoes, leeks, oil-wheat vegetables, sweet peppers, colored peppers, etc., when eaten with barbecue, can reduce the harm of carcinogens in barbecue to the body.

5. Microwave before baking

Microwave pretreatment can significantly reduce the production of heterocyclic amines in meat, because microwave can reduce the water content in food, so that the "raw materials" that form carcinogens can not seep out to the surface of meat to participate in the reaction with water, thus significantly reducing the production of heterocyclic amines.

The results showed that the total amount of heterocyclic amines in half-cooked chicken and beef pretreated by microwave decreased by 24% and 21% respectively, while the total amount of heterocyclic amines in fully cooked samples decreased by 35% and 42% respectively. [1]

In addition, microwave pretreatment can significantly reduce the production of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in barbecue products, which may be due to shortening the barbecue time.

Therefore, if you barbecue food at home by yourself, you can microwave the meat until it is 67% cooked or fully cooked before roasting.

Step 6 marinate with spices

Pretreatment of food with spices can significantly inhibit the formation of harmful substances such as heterocyclic amines, acrylamide and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in food. This may be because spices generally have strong free radical scavenging ability, which can significantly inhibit the free radical reaction of meat products during high temperature processing. [1]

You can marinate the meat with garlic juice, onion, red pepper, Chili powder, ginger, black pepper, thirteen spices and so on before baking.

7. Put less or no soy sauce

Soy sauce can promote the formation of heterocyclic amines, and it is best to put less or not.

8. Barbecue style

Compared with charcoal roasting, electric roasting is more recommended, and the amount of harmful substances generated by electric roasting is lower. It was found that the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) was 24 μg/kg when sausages were roasted by electric roasting, and it increased to 51 μg/kg when sausages were roasted by charcoal, which was nearly 2 times higher than that by electric roasting. [4]

In addition, gas barbecue and stone barbecue can also effectively reduce the content of carcinogens in barbecue meat products.

summary

Let’s be realistic. No matter where the barbecue is, it’s not healthy food. Here, it’s good to remind everyone to relieve their cravings occasionally. Maybe it’s just right to have a barbecue once in a while. Remember to drink less wine and drink less sweet drinks when eating barbecue ~

Street shooting is risky. Experts: Internet platforms can’t ignore infringement.

A lady in a floral dress walked through Sanlitun Square in Beijing, attracting many photographers to follow.

  □ Our reporter Pu Xiaolei

  □ Intern of this newspaper Rollin Wang Wen/map

Recently, Taikooli in Chengdu, known as the "Holy Land of Street Shooting", suddenly lost a lot of street shooters.

It turns out that in order to protect the public’s right to portrait, Taikooli erected a signboard of "improving the awareness of prevention and protecting the right to personal portrait", and the civilized code also stated that it is forbidden to take pictures or shoot without permission. At the same time, street shooters here must apply for a "shooting license".

The street shooting in Taikooli, Chengdu has cooled down, while the street shooting in Sanlitun, Beijing is still hot.

According to a survey conducted by the reporter of Legal Daily, after 3 pm every day, the number of street shooters in Sanlitun will gradually increase. From occupying favorable terrain to finding targets, from capturing photos to following photos, street shooters are extremely skilled in their business.

Zhu Wei, deputy director of the Communication Law Research Center of China University of Political Science and Law, pointed out in an interview recently that street shooting can be seen everywhere in the streets of major cities, but this common behavior has brought troubles to the photographers, and citizens’ right to privacy, portrait and reputation has been repeatedly violated.

"In the Internet age, street photos often spread on the Internet, causing great troubles to the parties. To solve this problem, the responsibility of relevant network platforms is the key. It is suggested that in the personal information protection law, the duty of care of relevant network platforms should be further strengthened, and it is required to take necessary anti-infringement measures to reduce the occurrence of infringement. " Xu Hao, a lawyer at Beijing Jingshi Law Firm, said.

Street photos of beautiful women can get more traffic.

In Sanlitun, the enthusiasm of street shooters is as hot as the temperature in summer of beijing.

After 3 pm on July 27th, the number of street shooters in Sanlitun, Beijing increased one after another. They were carrying "long guns and short guns", squatting at the intersections of the square, debugging their equipment and carefully selecting the shooting targets among the crowd.

The reporter found that the subjects were basically fashionable ladies, among whom ladies wearing suspenders, tube tops, hot pants and mini skirts were more popular. Once there is a beautiful woman dressed in fashionable and cool clothes, these street shooters will not only press the shutter in the distance, but also many people will run forward to shoot at close range.

Some women have no idea that they have been photographed, some women look dumbfounded when they see such a scene, some women cover their faces with their hands and leave quickly when they find that they have been photographed, and some women clearly wave their hands to express their refusal … … But no matter how the ladies react, the photographer will "persevere" to catch up and shoot.

Just as the reporter was observing the shooting scene of street shooters, suddenly there was a commotion around him.

It turned out that a lady in a floral dress attracted many photographers to trot and shoot when she crossed Sanlitun Square. The lady kept walking, and these photographers followed her. Until she walked out of the square, photographers still came forward to talk to her.

"I have a large number of fans in Weibo, which is one of the big V’s, and the pictures of street beauty are particularly concerned. Just looking for a beautiful woman and a WeChat friend, I want to have long-term cooperation in the future. " A photographer "teaches experience" to reporters like this.

Under the influence of flow economy, it is not uncommon to make profits by infringement.

In the Internet age, with the help of technology and new media, street shooting has been regarded as a profit-making tool — — Street shooters publish photos on Weibo, WeChat WeChat official account, Tik Tok, Aauto Quicker, Hupu and other online platforms, so as to improve the click-through rate and attention, and achieve profit-making purposes by attracting traffic.

In the eyes of street photographers, it is not so important whether the photographed lady is infringed when taking and publishing photos.

Zhu Wei pointed out that the photographer has the right to shoot, and the parties have the right to refuse. When the photographer explicitly refuses, this shooting behavior should stop immediately. The act of uploading the photos to the Internet platform, whether it is used for profit or not, does not affect the establishment of infringement of personal portrait rights.

"In the Internet age, those who get traffic get the world. In most cases, with traffic, they can be realized. Therefore, street shooters who post photos online to pursue traffic, whether they cash out at that time or not, can be regarded as a profit-making behavior. " Xu Hao said.

Although infringement is ignored by online platforms.

In recent years, short videos represented by Tik Tok, Aauto Quicker, etc. have become popular, and all major platforms encourage the public to become photographers, taking pictures of people and things they meet in their lives. As everyone knows, there are many legal risks in the act of street shooting.

In 2016, a photographer happened to encounter a contradiction between a man and a woman on the street. The photographer raised his mobile phone, filmed the process of the man beating the woman, and uploaded the video to the Internet, which caused widespread concern. The man and woman in conflict are a couple, and the wide spread of this video has brought great trouble to their lives. Therefore, they took the photographer to court and demanded that the photographer bear the tort liability. After the trial, the court held that the auctioneer did not conceal the appearance and image of the parties, which infringed on the personal dignity rights of the parties, and the auctioneer was sentenced to bear the responsibility.

Zhu Wei pointed out that without the consent of the portrait owner, the portrait of the portrait owner may not be made, used or made public. If the photographer happens to be shooting a model, and this photo is used for commercial publicity, it will also involve the infringement of commercial personality rights.

"There are also some short video bloggers who harass, chat up and trick passers-by in the form of outdoor live broadcast, which clearly violates the Public Security Administration Punishment Law." Zhu Wei said.

For the photographer, because the shooting places are mostly in public places such as subways and streets, many photographers don’t know that they have entered the lens of street shooters, so it is impossible to determine whether the shooting behavior of street shooters is illegal or not. Even if you know that you have been infringed, you still have to face the dilemma of high cost of rights protection.

"on the one hand, the cost of safeguarding rights is high, it is difficult to prove, and it takes time and money. On the other hand, even if you win, the amount of compensation is very low. Therefore, it is difficult for the general public to have the energy and financial resources to defend their rights. " Xu Hao said.

"It is easy for photographers to get money, and the cost of defending their rights is high. Most online platforms are left unchecked. This is an important reason why street shooting is so rampant and repeated." Zhu Wei said.

The platform should be held responsible for not taking necessary measures.

When a reporter searched for "street shooting" in a short video App, he found that many bloggers would publish a large number of short videos with the theme of fashion wear, and some short videos would also use words such as "meeting their ex-girlfriend" and "my first love" to attract attention.

"No organization or individual may infringe upon the portrait rights of others by uglifying, defacing or forging by means of information technology. Some photographers PS the photos they take, deliberately uglify and spoof them, and match them with some suggestive words, which is obviously an infringement on the reputation of the parties. " Zhu Wei said.

Isn’t there a better way to face the infringement of street shooting?

"In the Internet age, online platforms should shoulder their due responsibilities in protecting citizens’ portrait rights. For example, smooth reporting and complaint channels, so as to better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of portrait rights holders. " Xu Hao said.

After investigation, the reporter found that the complaint reporting channels of most short video platforms are extremely hidden, and there are no obvious icons on the page menu. Only by clicking the share button on the short video playing interface, the report button will be seen in the drop-down menu. After clicking in, there will be requirements for submitting the complainant’s personal identity information and uploading the proof of rights, and the procedure is extremely cumbersome.

In this regard, experts pointed out that the personal information protection law is in the process of being formulated, and it is suggested to standardize the behavior of street shooting and clarify the duty of care of the network platform.

Xu Hao pointed out that the reporting function in short video applications should be clearly regulated. It can be clearly stipulated in legislation that the application platform should put the report button in a prominent position and handle the report information in time after receiving the report.

"In recent years, the development of artificial intelligence has made face recognition no longer difficult. For the identity information, life photos and other evidence provided by portrait owners, the online platform should be able to easily complete the comparison with street photos and videos. For the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of portrait owners, this practice is undoubtedly the lowest cost and the fastest effect. " Xu Hao said.

Zhu Wei also believes that the network platform that stands at the cusp of traffic in the 5G era should bear more responsibilities while benefiting.

"The platform should make efforts to improve the audit system, smooth feedback and complaint channels, and strengthen punishment measures. Now all major platforms are using artificial intelligence to review videos and photos. These platforms should focus on the infringement of street shooting, and reflect their attitude in the algorithm to prevent problems before they happen. " Zhu Wei said.

Zhu Wei believes that in terms of specific practices, we can refer to the relevant provisions of the e-commerce law.

Article 45 of the E-commerce Law stipulates that if the operators of e-commerce platforms know or should know that the operators in the platforms infringe intellectual property rights, they should take necessary measures such as deleting, shielding, disconnecting links, terminating transactions and services; If necessary measures are not taken, they shall be jointly and severally liable with the infringer.

"For videos and photos that violate the rules, the platform should take necessary measures such as deleting, shielding and disconnecting links. For bloggers who have been reported many times, they should take the title disposal. If the platform fails to take necessary measures, it shall be jointly and severally liable with the infringer. " Zhu Wei said.

Soda is in short supply and the price is higher. Industrial chain companies have sufficient orders.

K graph SAM_0

"At present, the company’s soda production has started at full capacity, with tight balance between production and sales, sufficient orders, strong demand from downstream customers, relatively low inventory and tight spot market." Recently,Relevant person in charge of ShanghaiThe reporter said.

Affected by factors such as spot shortage, soda ash futures rose sharply on November 27,The contract rose more than 8%, and the price has approached the 2500 yuan/ton mark, hitting a new high in nearly 9 months. In the spot market, the domestic soda ash market has also continued to rise. According to the data of Baichuan Yingfu, as of November 27th, domestic light soda ash and heavy soda ash both rose by more than 500 yuan/ton in a month. Among them, the average market price of light soda ash was 2509 yuan/ton, up by 80 yuan/ton from the previous working day; The average market price of heavy soda ash was 2722 yuan/ton, up by 57 yuan/ton from the previous working day. At the same time, the profit of domestic soda ash industry continues to rise. At present, the average gross profit of the industry is about 626.8 yuan/ton, with an obvious increase.

Many insiders said that the uncertainty of soda ash supply will continue to support the strong state of the market, and it is expected that the prosperity of soda ash industry will be maintained until the end of this year.

Industrial chain companies have sufficient orders.

According to the statistics of Baichuan Yingfu, the spot inventory of soda ash manufacturers has shown a downward trend recently. As of November 23rd, the total inventory of domestic soda enterprises is estimated to be about 365,000 tons, down 12.01% from the previous week. A-share listed companies producing soda ash mainly include、、Wait. The reporter learned that at present, the production capacity of each company is almost running at full capacity, and the inventory is at a low level. Most manufacturers’ orders in November were saturated, and some manufacturers’ orders in December were full, and there was basically no spot in the near future.

It is worth mentioning that the shortage of supply is the main reason for the rise of soda ash market. A person in charge of a listed company producing soda ash told reporters that the shipment of soda ash industry has exceeded the output recently, the inventory of soda ash manufacturers has further declined, the downstream customers’ willingness to take goods is high, and the relationship between supply and demand is in a tight balance.

"Some enterprises in the industry failed to put into production as scheduled for some reasons. At the same time, some soda plants are still running at reduced load, and the first batch of central eco-environmental protection inspectors in the third round nationwide have been fully launched, including some soda producing areas, which will further aggravate the tightening of the supply side. " The person in charge said.

Photovoltaic glass becomes the source of increasing demand.

From the supply side, at present, the new capacity of soda industry mainly comes from natural soda faucet. It is understood that the company has four production lines in the first phase of Alashan natural alkali project, with a planned production capacity of 5 million tons of soda ash and 400,000 tons of baking soda. The first production line has been put into trial operation at the end of June this year, the second production line has been put into trial operation at the end of September, and the third and fourth production lines will be put into trial operation one after another. By then, the company will have a soda production capacity of 6.8 million tons/year, ranking first in the industry.

Many people in the industry said that they are optimistic about the trend of soda ash in the near future. On the whole, the uncertainty of soda supply will continue to support the strong market. At present, the incremental change of downstream demand in the market is limited. Although the willingness of downstream replenishment has increased recently, the supply and demand structure of soda ash has changed relatively rapidly, and the market changes in the later period need further observation.

Relevant data show that from January to October this year, the apparent consumption of soda ash in China totaled 23.54 million tons, up 8.63% year-on-year. From the demand of industrial chain, the glass industry is still the biggest demand in the downstream of soda ash. "From the perspective of demand, the demand for float glass is the largest, which is mainly affected by real estate; In terms of increment, it is mainly on photovoltaic glass. " A person in charge of a soda production enterprise told the reporter.

It is understood that each ton of glass consumes about 0.2 tons of soda ash, accounting for 20% to 30% of the cost. In addition to traditional float glass, soda ash is indispensable. With the rapid development of photovoltaic industry, the demand for soda ash for photovoltaic glass is also growing rapidly. At the same time, high-end soda ash products can also be applied to lithium carbonate and so on.Industry, it takes about 2 tons of soda ash to produce 1 ton of lithium carbonate.

From the application classification, light soda ash is used for daily glass, sodium pyrosulfite, sodium silicate, metallurgy, printing and dyeing, water treatment and lithium carbonate, while heavy soda ash is used for flat glass and photovoltaic glass. The capacity distribution of manufacturers in light and heavy alkali is adjusted according to the downstream market demand and price quotation.

A number of interviewed production enterprise leaders said that at present, heavy soda ash accounts for a larger proportion in the products. Lithium carbonate, a popular downstream product, has seen a large price drop since this year. Although the related large enterprises started working normally, the overall operating rate of the industry is not high, and its contribution to the increment of light soda ash is limited.

Rumors of supply-side production cuts disturb market sentiment. Soda futures staged a market that exceeded expectations.

Last trading week (November 6-10), soda ash futures rose again, which attracted great attention from investors. The insiders believe that the recent increase of soda ash disk exceeds market expectations, and the main reason is still the disturbance of the supply side. There is still the possibility of variables in the supply side in the market outlook, and the disk fluctuation is still expected to be large. It is recommended to pay attention to the current price change of heavy soda, the resumption of production of individual devices and the production of Yuanxing.

On November 10th, 2401, the main contract of soda ash futures, rose all the way from the opening, and hit the daily limit at the end of the session, with an increase of 10.04%, closing at 2126 yuan/ton and returning above the 2000 yuan/ton mark. The weekly increase is close to 19%. Looking at the extended time period, the main contract of soda ash futures has recorded gains in all trading days since this month, achieving eight consecutive gains, with a cumulative increase of nearly 23%.

Zhongtai Futures believes that the main reason for the sharp rise of soda ash disk is still the disturbance of the supply side. Last Thursday, the market news spread that some alkali plants in Qinghai will further reduce production. Under the low inventory, alkali plants in Qinghai began to close orders, and some alkali plants expected to raise their quotations. Due to the unexpected decrease in the supply end and the fact that the third line of Yuanxing has not yet been fed, the market’s expectations for the supply and demand of soda ash in recent months have changed. If the subsequent environmental protection and limited production in Qinghai continue and the release of new production capacity is less than expected, the heavy alkali inventory of soda plant will continue to go to the warehouse at a low level, and the soda ash industry will once again face the phenomenon of tight supply, and market panic may drive the disk to rise sharply.

Nanhua futures analyzed that the recent increase in soda ash exceeded market expectations. On the one hand, it may be because the short positions were too crowded before, and the increment brought by the future supply side was traded in advance. When the supply side suffered unexpected losses, the rebound market driven by capital sentiment would be particularly significant; On the other hand, it is the improvement of macro-mood, but this is only the mood driven by phased funds. The supply of soda ash is very certain, and the industrial supply is about to return to normal, and the overall downward trend remains unchanged.

According to market rumors that the third and fourth phases of Yuanxing Energy will be put into production later, Yuanxing Energy said that the third production line is scheduled to be put into production in late November, and the feeding time of the fourth production line will be determined according to the trial run of the third production line. At present, the soda plant of the company is running normally.

Looking forward to the market outlook, can the price of soda ash stabilize? Dongzheng Futures believes that, in terms of futures price, although the market is in the stage of weakening long-term drive and strengthening short-term drive, investors are advised to do a good job in position management because of the large discount rate of far-month contracts and the strong performance of coal prices, and there is still the possibility of variables on the supply side.

Nanhua futures said that, on the whole, the continuous accumulation pattern can be basically determined, and the supply of soda ash will gradually change from loose to surplus in the case of continuous release of new production and no explosive growth of downstream demand. On the face of it, the current main contract of soda ash should not be too bearish in the short term, and the market trading sentiment is obviously reduced. Although the positions remain high, the trading volume is obviously reduced. In the near future, it is suggested to pay attention to the current price change of heavy caustic soda, the resumption of production of individual units and the commissioning of Yuanxing.

Review of Wuling brand development history with the coming of new China

[car home Brand History] In recent years, Wuling Automobile has maintained its position as the "leader" in the field of mini-cars, or in the cooperation of "SAIC+GM+Wuling", its development momentum is so strong. However, before Wuling transformed into a mini-car, its arduous development course was little known. From the founding of New China to the present, Wuling Automobile has been accompanying the social and economic development of China. From Liuzhou Power Machinery Factory to the transformation of tractor production, from "specialized with miscellaneous products" to the development of mini-cars, the development of "Wuling" is accompanied by the continuous social and economic progress in China, and also bears witness to the deep imprint of the history of New China along the way. Today, let’s review this car brand from New China.

Formerly known as Liuzhou power machinery factory

At the beginning of 1958, under the guidance of the general line put forward by the Central Committee, "Make full efforts, strive for the upper reaches, and build socialism quickly, well and economically", Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region decided to expand Liuzhou Machinery Factory into the main production base of Guangxi power machinery, mainly for large marine diesel engines. On October 28th of that year, the new plant of Liuzhou Power Machinery Factory, the predecessor of Wuling, officially broke ground, marking the beginning of the company’s first venture.

Liuzhou Power Machinery Factory is separated from Liuzhou Machinery Factory (hereinafter referred to as "Liuji"). Power machinery is engaged here, and military supplies are engaged in the parent factory there. But in 1959, during the difficult economic period, the country basically had no demand for ship production, so Liuzhou Power Machinery Factory could not develop well. In response to Chairman Mao’s call of "realizing agricultural mechanization nationwide in 1980", Liuzhou Power Machinery Factory began to switch production and trial-produce tractors in 1961-1962.

In September 1964, the tractor was successfully trial-produced, and it is planned to produce 300 tractors annually. In 1965, Fengshou tractor was listed as a national standard product through expert appraisal. Wuling people in the initial stage left many stories of hard work and self-improvement.

Home of the car

At that time, it coincided with the Cultural Revolution, but Wuling people never stopped production, stayed on the crude production line, ate simple food and focused on the production and research and development of tractors.

The output and quality of tractors are constantly improving, and they are deeply loved by farmers. In the mid-1970s, Liuzhou Tractor Factory increased by 40% every year and doubled in two years, with an annual output of 5,000 vehicles. From a local small tractor factory, Liuzhou Tractor Factory became one of the eight largest tractor factories in China. Liuzhou tractor factory has turned losses into profits, which seems to be the most prosperous time, but the problem has come out.

Maintain survival by "miscellaneous support and specialization"

Home of the car

Home of the car

At that time, the sales of tractor factory belonged to the planned economy, that is, the state gave a plan, while tractor factory ignored marketing. The tractors produced will enter the warehouse of the Agricultural Machinery Bureau as soon as they get off the line, and the Agricultural Machinery Bureau will "pay the bill". At the end of 1978, the production of tractors reached its peak. In the same year, the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee was held, the country carried out system reform, and with the policy of "land contract", industrial products were no longer underwritten. In 1980, the factory had a backlog of 1713 tractors, which made a loss for the whole year and faced a survival dilemma.

In order to survive and develop, the broad masses of cadres and comrades seek sewing machines, looms and other products to do, and they also realize that it is impossible to cling to the tractor as a single product. This will not only keep the tractor, but also make it difficult for the factory to survive, so we must make up our minds to adjust the production. At the beginning of 1980, the Military Industry Bureau of the Central Ministry of Agricultural Machinery introduced a Japanese Mitsubishi pickup truck and organized relevant domestic manufacturers to study and tackle key problems, but Liuzhou tractor factory was not included here. After learning the relevant news, Liuzhou Tractor Factory resisted various pressures, introduced a Japanese mini-car and started its own research.

In view of the fact that some light industrial and civil products sold well at that time and there was a lack of mini-cars in China’s automobile industry, the factory decided to switch to multifunctional sewing machines and 1515 automatic shuttle-changing cotton looms to survive, and began to develop mini-cars on the one hand. These representative slogans, such as "specialized in miscellaneous services, no loss, no profit" and "standing firm and punching fists", vividly outlined the living conditions of Wuling at that time.

The development idea of "specialized with miscellaneous products" not only eased the survival dilemma faced by the factory, but also created favorable conditions for the development of mini-cars in the same period.

Embark on the road of converting to mini-cars

Home of the car

In January, 1982, LZ110, the first minivan developed by the factory by manual tapping and copying, was successfully trial-produced, achieving a zero breakthrough in the field of minivan manufacturing. On September 13th, the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region issued the Notice on the Joint Construction of Mini-cars by Liu Tuo and Liu Ji, and decided that Liu Tuo would switch to mini-cars. On April 1st, 1983, the State Planning Commission and the Economic Commission issued the document No.425 (1983) Notice on Doing a Good Job in Fixed-point Minicars, and the factory was designated by the State Planning Commission and the Ministry of Machinery Industry as one of the four designated mini-car manufacturers in China. In October 1984, the "Wuling" LZ110 minivan produced by Liuzhou Tractor Factory passed the national technical appraisal. More than 2,300 vehicles were put on the market that year, which was very popular with users.

In 1985, the factory actually produced 4,224 cars with a total industrial output value of 73.23 million yuan, exceeding the five-year adjustment of "3,000 small trucks with a total industrial output value of 60 million yuan". Also in this year, Liuzhou Tractor Factory was officially renamed Liuzhou Mini-car Factory, successfully transforming mini-cars.

Home of the car

Speaking of the logo of Wuling, at first, the mini-car used the "W" logo of the "Wanjia" brand sewing machine produced by the company, and later changed it to a gem logo. One day, a young college student named Wei Hongwen re-created the logo of Wuling in use according to some reflections at that time. The newly designed logo is composed of five diamonds in the shape of "W", which is consistent with the pinyin letters of "Five". The overall design is simple and generous, giving people a strong impression of "taking off and flying". At that time, the leading group in the factory attached great importance to it and held a meeting to discuss it repeatedly, and finally unanimously agreed to this idea. In 1987, when the Z110OVH van rolled off the assembly line, the new Wuling logo was officially registered and activated, and it has been used ever since.

Home of the car

After the transformation of mini-cars, "Wuling" actively raised money and technology from all walks of life to continuously improve the company’s manufacturing level and product quality. At the same time, three phases of large-scale technical transformation and quality improvement were carried out around the four major processes of automobile production: stamping, welding, painting and final assembly.

Home of the car

At the same time, Liuzhou mini-car factory began to actively explore the way out of the country. In 1990, the first batch of 15 mini-cars were exported to Thailand, achieving a zero breakthrough in foreign exports.

In 1992, the annual output of Liuzhou mini-cars ranked second in the same industry and 13th among 40 auto factories with an annual output of more than 10,000 vehicles in China. Thus, Liuzhou mini-car factory has occupied a considerable position in the national auto industry. Moreover, in terms of quality, since 1987, Liuzhou mini-cars have reached the first-class product in every inspection, and in 1990, the products were also listed as "inspection-free products". For example, the main performance indexes of LZ110P truck have reached the international advanced level of similar products in 1980s, and it has been rated as "China recognized brand-name product" by users.

Through foreign cooperation and the third-phase technical transformation, Liuzhou Mini-car Factory has a modern production line, with the continuous improvement of manufacturing capacity, management level, production efficiency and product quality, the product line is gradually enriched and the production capacity is gradually expanded. In 1995, its annual production and sales reached 50,000 vehicles, and the scale benefit began to show, and it increased by nearly 20% every year. In the same year, Wuling automobile entered the Tibet market, the roof of the world.

On July 8, 1996, Wuling Automobile finally signed a technical assistance contract with Daihatsu Automobile Co., Ltd. of Japan after many investigations and textual research. In the same year, the first batch of 10 LZW6370A jointly developed by the two parties rolled off the production line, and the car made its first public appearance at the "China Wuling Automobile’ 97 Beijing Press Conference" held at Diaoyutai State Guesthouse on March 16th, 1997.

Because the car body is lowered and the front of the car is moved forward, the whole appearance changes from the past, and it looks smooth and smooth, like a bullet. The car uses a Japanese Daihatsu 1.3L inline four-cylinder naturally aspirated engine with a maximum power of 54 kW. In addition, the angles of the three rows of seats can be adjusted, and the rear seats can be folded to increase the loading space, which is an ideal model for public and domestic use at that time.

While people were immersed in joy, a sudden disaster happened. On July 20, 1996, the biggest flood disaster occurred in Liuzhou, Guangxi, and the stamping parts factory and the fifth distribution factory of Wuling automobile were all submerged, resulting in serious losses. However, Wuling people are not silent in the negative and grief. They are united in their efforts to overcome difficulties and actively participate in the restoration and construction of the factory and production. At the same time, on July 26, Wuling people carried forward the spirit of "one party is in trouble and all directions support", did their part, actively responded to the call of Liuzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and held a donation activity of relief materials.

Seeking a way out in the predicament of developing Wuling automobile through joint venture

In December 1998, the production and sales volume of Wuling automobile reached 100 thousand, ranking first in the domestic mini-car industry; On July 13th, 1999, liuzhou wuling Automobile Co., Ltd. was established.

On August 23rd of the same year, the 500,000th Wuling automobile rolled off the assembly line. But behind this glamorous figure, there is a turbulent torrent of competition in the micro-car market. In June, 1999, the market share has dropped from more than 20% to 15%, and Wuling is facing challenges again. With the rapid development of the enterprise, the problem of extensive management has emerged, which has also brought thinking to the management. At that time, it was obvious that the stamina was insufficient, and whether it was funds, management or technology, it was inadequate. At this time, the reform of state-owned enterprises has developed into a new stage of enterprise reorganization and the introduction of foreign capital and technology, and the urban government and factory leaders have also begun to work hard in this regard.

Under the severe situation, Wuling automobile decided to get rid of the simple extension and expand the reproduction mode, and carry out comprehensive reform and upgrading in management, quality and technology. In terms of quality control, it successfully passed the authoritative third-party certification of ISO9001 quality system in September, becoming the first domestic micro-car enterprise to pass this certification; In terms of technology upgrading, Wuling Automobile invested heavily in establishing a technology center, obtained a national-level technology center and an enterprise postdoctoral workstation, and began to take the road of independent research and development of integrated resources of "production, learning and research", which greatly enhanced the company’s research and development strength.

In the process of seeking foreign cooperation, Wuling Automobile has constantly seized cooperation opportunities and explored ways of cooperation. At that time, many domestic automobile factories had joint ventures with famous foreign automobile companies, and the situation was promising. Sichuan Changhe was a pioneer. So Wuling also intends to talk about joint venture with GM through "municipal government leading and enterprises cooperating". However, at that time, the central government stipulated that a foreign company could only engage in joint ventures with two domestic enterprises at most. At that time, GM already had two, one of which was SAIC. Only by joining SAIC first can we cooperate with GM as SAIC. In July, 2001, Wuling Automobile formed a strategic cooperation with SAIC in the form of allocation of assets from the core enterprise liuzhou wuling Automobile Co., Ltd., and achieved the first step of "expanding".

SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd. was established.

The year 2002 was a milestone for Wuling Automobile. In June, Wuling Automobile reached a cooperation with SAIC and General Motors of the United States, and established a tripartite joint venture-SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd. (SGMW for short). Wuling Automobile allocated its resource advantages to SAIC, and finally gave birth to SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd., which was formed by SAIC, GM and Wuling Automobile. ) and officially listed on November 18th of that year. At this point, Wuling Automobile has integrated the resources and advantages of SAIC and American General Motors in capital, technology and management, and stood at a brand-new starting point and entered a stage of rapid development.

In 2001, Wuling Light began research and development. However, after the prototype rolled off the assembly line, the company found that its body was too narrow and decided to widen the width of the body from 1.40 meters to 1.56 meters. In November 2002, Wuling Light went offline and was officially listed, but the response in the market was not satisfactory. This is related to the short development cycle and insufficient preparation. In addition, although there is no big problem with the new car just listed, there are many minor problems such as "running, dripping and leaking", such as burrs on the seat, poor sealing of the rubber strip, silent horn and oil leakage in the rear axle.

Faced with these problems, SAIC-GM-Wuling decided that it would rather not sell cars than solve these problems first. They specially invited experts from General Motors to improve product quality. After less than half a year’s efforts, all these minor problems have been solved. The time when the new car broke down for the first time has increased from less than 3,000 kilometers to more than 5,000 kilometers. The market feedback is also obvious. By June and July of 2003, the sales of Wuling Light had gone up.

So far, the classic model of Wuling Light has gone through more than ten years, and it is still a product that users pay attention to and rely on. In 2012, Forbes magazine selected the 12 best-selling cars in the world in 2011. In addition to Toyota Corolla and Hyundai Elantra ranked first and second, Wuling Light ranked third with global sales of 943,000 vehicles. It is also the only non-car product among all the models on the list, and the only brand originated from China. Just the year before, it was praised by Forbes as "THE MOST IMPORTANT CAR ON EARTH" (the most important car on earth).

After the joint venture, SAIC-GM-Wuling took the integration of excellent resources of shareholders and the integrated development of the three parties as the primary task, and formulated the development strategy of "one steering wheel, four wheels", which guided the joint venture company to integrate development through learning and collision, and continuously improved the company’s management, research and development, manufacturing, sales and service system.

A steering wheel, that is, the corporate culture of SAIC-GM-Wuling, includes its purpose (to become a leading domestic and internationally competitive automobile company for mini-cars), values (customer satisfaction, teamwork, learning and innovation, honesty and trustworthiness, high efficiency and pragmatism) and mission (to gather resources from three parties, highlight the advantages of low cost and high value, form the unique core competitiveness of SAIC-GM-Wuling, and realize the expectations of shareholders, customers and employees). The four wheels refer to excellent resource integration ability, human resources, technology and management innovation and capital respectively.

On November 19th, SAIC-GM-Wuling signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Independent Innovation" with China Automotive Technology Research Center, which indicates that SAIC-GM-Wuling has taken another step in the journey of independent innovation in sharing resources.

B series engine off the assembly line

The B-series engines put into production by SAIC-GM-Wuling are designed with general global engine technology, developed by SGMW Technology Center, and independently manufactured according to the characteristics of the domestic market. B series engines are characterized by low cost, low fuel consumption and high power. The biggest technical highlight is that the lifting power is more than 50kW/L. In addition, the 16-valve, double overhead camshaft and multipoint injection make the fuel fully burn and achieve the best economic effect.

Now, after several years, wuling glory has become a well-known micro-surface product. The large size (length/width/height are 4135/1660/1870mm respectively) brings large space, and the wheelbase is 2700 mm.

Moreover, the interior is completely close to sedan, and the advantages of the car are large space and flexible seats. For users in the second and third tier markets, they pay attention to practicality, have no high brand awareness and are sensitive to cost performance. The listing of Wuling Hongguang meets the various needs of local users for business and home use and has attracted high attention.

"Wuling" began its development process from the mass production movement of "building socialism" in the early days of the founding of New China. During this period, I experienced hard times, encountered difficult pressures, and completed three major transformations with the social and economic development and market demand in China. Nowadays, SAIC-GM-Wuling, which is signed by Wuling Automobile, SAIC and General Motors of the United States, has made remarkable achievements and good development momentum in the fields of commercial vehicles and passenger cars. We also expect SAIC-GM-Wuling to continue to develop rapidly and fulfill its promise to develop its own SUV and MPV models. (Text/Figure car home Wang Liang)

Nissan Sylphy Classic Contrast with Volkswagen LaVida: How to choose a 70,000-yuan entry sedan?

Under the bombardment of domestic new energy vehicles round after round of "price war", is the once-popular joint-venture sedan ok now? Looking at the recent domestic car sales rankings, Nissan and Volkswagen, which had long dominated the list, have given up the top position, but thanks to the current substantial terminal concessions, their monthly sales have remained above 20,000, ranking third and fourth. It seems that consumers are still enthusiastic about them.

Let’s compare the entry models of these two cars and see what level the joint venture sedan with a terminal price of 70 thousand yuan is now.

Price comparison:

Nissan sylphy classic 1.6XE CVT comfort edition????

Manufacturer’s guide price: 108,600 yuan; market reference price: 71,600 yuan.

Volkswagen LaVida cutting-edge 1.5L automatic outstanding Xinyi Edition

Manufacturer’s guide price: 79,900 yuan; market reference price: 74,000 yuan.

picture

Appearance contrast

The reason why Sylphy Classic is named "Classic" is because it is completely the previous generation model. After all, it was designed many years ago, and now it does look a little old. Fortunately, the family design of Nissan’s previous generation highlights the sense of luxury. The iconic middle net at the front of the car is somewhat smart with the rising headlights. The body lines are elegant and elegant, and the rear of the car is thick and steady. The whole car does not look cheap, and even many people think it is more atmospheric and durable than the new Sylphy.

picture

LaVida Xinrui is a younger and more entry-level model divided from LaVida, and its prototype is actually a sedan previously launched by Volkswagen in India, Mexico and other markets. The model follows the popular family-style design and adds the latest design elements of the brand. The front of the car adopts the same starry front face with a low body posture, which adds some sports atmosphere to the whole car. It is worth mentioning that LaVida Xinrui offers five beautiful car colors, including turquoise and coral red, which are younger than Sylphy classics in appearance. There is also a small detail. LaVida is equipped with daytime running lights, while Sylphy Classic is also equipped with.

picture

Interior contrast

Sylphy’s classic interior is also "classic" enough, and even a color screen can’t be found on this entry-level model. The traditional pointer instrument panel is simple and easy to read, and the multimedia in the central control is still like a knob radio, which can only realize the most basic "entertainment" function. The workmanship and materials are quite satisfactory. The top of the center console is wrapped in a large area of soft material. The entry model only has a plastic steering wheel, which feels ordinary.

picture

LaVida’s cutting-edge interior design also adopts the popular family design language, matching various accessories from the popular unified mold, and there is not much new idea. In the configuration part, LaVida is obviously more sincere. The entry model is equipped with a dual-screen combination of an 8-inch full LCD dashboard and an 8-inch central control screen. The system supports mainstream multimedia functions and mobile phone interconnection functions such as Apple CarPlay. Although the steering wheel is also made of plastic, the overall practicability has been improved by adding multi-function buttons.

picture

Spatial contrast

Space and ride comfort are the traditional advantages of Sylphy classics. Its length, width and height are 4631 mm, 1760 mm and 1503mm respectively, and its wheelbase reaches 2700 mm. Thanks to the larger body size and longer wheelbase, the head and leg space are excellent. In the comfort part, the label of "Japanese big sofa" is by no means a hollow reputation. The seat filling material is thick and soft, and the classic "sinking feeling" makes people who have sat there impressed. The fabric seat on the entry model looks ordinary, but the permeability and friction are actually better than ordinary leather materials. It is also worth mentioning that in the rear configuration, Sylphy Classic has more air conditioning outlets than LaVida, which is more friendly to the rear passengers.

picture

The body length, width and height dimensions of LaVida are 4561, 1740 and 1494mm, respectively, and the wheelbase is 2651mm, which is slightly smaller than that of Sylphy Classic, but the actual interior space level is similar. The integrated front seat is more sporty, but the filling material is relatively thin and the sitting feeling is slightly harder. The same is true for the rear seats, and the statement of high emotional intelligence is "providing better support". As for the loading capacity of the trunk, both models performed well. Sylphy’s classic trunk has a larger space, reaching 510L, while LaVida’s new one is 498L, but it supports the whole back-laying function and has better expansibility.

picture

Performance comparison

In the power part, Sylphy is equipped with a 1.6L naturally aspirated engine and matched with CVT transmission. The maximum power is 90kW and the maximum torque is 155 N m. The comprehensive fuel consumption of WLTC is 5.94L/100km, and only 92 # gasoline is needed. This powertrain is quite mature, and its performance can also meet the needs of daily transportation. Its excellent reliability, ride comfort and fuel economy contributed to Nissan’s dominance in the domestic family car market that year.

picture

LaVida Xinrui is equipped with Volkswagen EA211-DRZ 1.5L naturally aspirated engine, matched with 6-speed automatic manual transmission, with a maximum power of 81kW and a maximum torque of 141N·m, and a comprehensive fuel consumption of WLTC of 5.98L/100km, and only 92 # gasoline is needed. LaVida’s new powertrain is also focused on reliability and economy. From the power parameters, it is slightly lower than Sylphy’s classic, which actually shows that it is between the real and the real.

picture

In the chassis part, Sylphy classic adopts front McPherson independent suspension and rear trailing arm torsion beam independent suspension, and the overall adjustment is soft and comfortable. LaVida Xinrui also uses the former McPherson independent suspension and the rear trailing arm torsion beam independent suspension, but the overall adjustment is a little tougher. In addition, Sylphy Classic is equipped with 16-inch rims and rear wheel disc brakes, while LaVida Xinrui is only equipped with 15-inch rims, and the rear wheel is only equipped with drum brakes.

Safety comparison

In the security configuration part, LaVida has obvious advantages. Taking two entry-level models as examples, the front collision warning and active braking system that comes standard in LaVida’s new system is not common in the same class. At the same time, it has more practical driving assistance configurations such as reversing radar, uphill assist and cruise control than Sylphy’s classic, which can improve the daily car experience.

picture

Purchase suggestion

Nowadays, although the parameters of these two models are not as good as those of domestic new energy rivals at the same level in terms of power performance and intelligent configuration, they can still occupy a place in the market with their high-quality reputation accumulated over the years, excellent reliability and affordable price.

Specific to these two entry-level models, LaVida Xinrui maintains the driving texture of German cars, with a solid and stable chassis, and at the same time has advantages in technology configuration and safety configuration, plus more fashionable design and color matching, which will be more attractive to young consumers. Sylphy Classic continues its advantages in comfort and economy. Although it is limited by the cost, the configuration is really not available, but overall, it is still a qualified and comfortable family car.
